Container House Decoration Materials
Container house decoration materials mainly include structural materials, thermal insulation materials, interior and exterior wall and ceiling panels, door and window materials, flooring materials, and other auxiliary materials selected according to needs.

Structural Materials: The foundation of a container house is a standard shipping container, commonly available in 20-foot or 40-foot sizes. The main frame is made of steel, such as angle iron, channel iron, and tubing, providing structural support and ensuring the strength and stability of the house. Some container houses also use aluminum alloy frames, which are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, but more expensive.
Thermal Insulation Materials: Since steel is prone to deformation under extreme temperatures, affecting comfort, thermal insulation materials are required. Common materials include polyurethane foam, rock wool, glass wool, EPS, etc., used for filling walls and roofs to improve the house's thermal insulation performance.
Interior and Exterior Wall and Ceiling Panels: Container houses require panels for interior and exterior decoration. Common materials include color-coated steel sheets, calcium silicate boards, cement fiber boards, and wood. Color-coated steel sheets are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for exterior walls; calcium silicate boards and cement fiber boards have good fire resistance, suitable for interior walls and ceilings; wood is used for decorations pursuing a natural style.
Door and Window Materials: Doors and windows need to have good ventilation and sealing properties. They are generally made of aluminum alloy frames paired with insulated glass, which are both aesthetically pleasing and practical, effectively providing thermal and sound insulation. Some special needs may require security doors or skylights.
Flooring Materials: Floors need to be moisture-resistant and wear-resistant. Common materials include moisture-resistant wood-grain panels, steel-wood composite floors, and cement fiber boards, chosen according to the usage scenario and budget.
Other Auxiliary Materials: Depending on needs, sound insulation materials, waterproofing systems, and ceiling materials may also be used to enhance the comfort and functionality of the house.
