The custom sizes of container houses are flexible and diverse, allowing customers to choose standard sizes or non-standard custom sizes according to their needs.
I. Standard Sizes
Foreign Trade Standard Sizes: The size range of foreign trade container houses extends from 5.8 meters × 2.2 meters to 11.5 meters × 2.2 meters, corresponding to two main models: 20-foot and 40-foot, with areas of approximately 12.98 square meters and 25.96 square meters, respectively.
Domestic Trade Regular Sizes: The regular size of domestic trade container houses is 3 meters × 6 meters, which is relatively common in the market and suitable for various scenarios.
Industry Benchmark Sizes:
- 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): External dimensions are 6058×2438×2591mm, and internal dimensions are 5867×2330×2350mm, suitable for single-person offices, dormitories, shops, etc.
- 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): External dimensions are 12192×2438×2591mm, and internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2350mm, suitable for partitioned multi-functional spaces, multi-person dormitories, etc.
- 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): External dimensions are 12192×2438×2896mm, and internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2655mm, suitable for exhibition halls, housing, etc., where ceiling height is a requirement.
II. Non-Standard Custom Sizes
The custom sizes of container houses are highly flexible, with length, width, and height all adjustable according to customer needs. For example, widths can be selected from 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc., and heights from 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc. In terms of length, in addition to standard sizes, different lengths such as 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, and 12 meters can also be customized according to customer needs. Furthermore, special door and window positions, partitions, exteriors, and interior decorations can all be customized to meet customers' unique aesthetic and functional requirements.
