Container House Contract Price

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The contract price of container houses varies depending on the type, specifications, materials, and customization requirements, ranging from 71.25 yuan per square meter to over 2000 yuan per square meter. The overall project quotation needs to be comprehensively evaluated based on specific needs.

I. Price Ranges by Type

  • Simple/Economy Type: With a simple structure, suitable for short-term construction site dormitories or warehouses, the price is approximately 300 yuan per square meter.
  • Standard Type: A common type, such as a light steel prefabricated house with a double-slope roof and framework, priced at approximately 400 yuan per square meter.
  • Luxury/Custom Type: With a better appearance and higher configuration, such as a luxury flat-roof prefabricated house, priced at approximately 1000 yuan per square meter.
  • High-end/Deluxe Type: Using better materials and interior decoration, possibly including tiled floors and stone-like paint exterior walls, suitable for long-term or high-end uses, priced at approximately 2000 yuan per square meter.

II. Core Factors Affecting Price

  • Materials: Color steel plates are cheaper but have poor sound insulation; rock wool sandwich panels are more expensive but offer better fireproofing and thermal insulation; EPS core materials are low-cost but have slightly weaker performance. The thickness of the panels and the color steel skin directly affect the price.
  • Specifications: When the area is less than 100 square meters, the unit price increases by about 10%; when the area is greater than 500 square meters, the unit price decreases by 10% to 15%. A two-story structure is 15% to 25% more expensive than the first floor.
  • Region: Prices in first-tier cities are 10% to 30% higher than those in second- and third-tier cities; when the transportation distance exceeds 50 kilometers, additional charges are applied based on the distance.
  • Additional Costs: Foundation treatment may account for about 15% of the total cost.
  • Project Volume: The larger the area, the lower the unit price; small-scale scattered construction has a higher unit price.
  • Number of Floors: A double-story structure is slightly more expensive than a single-story one due to the addition of steel stairs, walkways, and second-floor guardrails.
