Full Process of Container House Construction

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The full process of container house construction can be divided into several main stages: design and planning, selection, ground treatment, lifting and positioning, interior installation and decoration, and acceptance and delivery.

  • Design and Planning Stage: Based on the intended use, site conditions, and budget range, communicate needs with a professional team, conduct on-site surveys, and have professionals issue design plans and detailed quotations. For example, Zhongye Zhichuang provides full-process customized container house services and will fully communicate with customers at this stage to ensure the plan meets their actual needs.
  • Selection Stage: Pay attention to the structural type of the container house. The market commonly offers welded integral containers and bolt-connected assembled containers. Welded containers have strong deformation resistance and are suitable for frequent lifting and movement; assembled containers have multiple connection nodes along the force path, and the tightness of these nodes affects overall stability. Also, check the wall thickness of the steel columns and bottom beams, with common specifications ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The thicker the wall, the greater the load-bearing redundancy. Additionally, pay attention to the coating process on the container body surface; hot-dip galvanizing treatment offers a longer anti-corrosion lifespan.
  • Ground Treatment Stage: Clear away loose soil and debris from the ground and compact the original soil layer. For long-term fixed use, pour a concrete strip foundation with a width of 30 cm to 50 cm. The depth is determined based on the thickness of the local frost layer, and the horizontal height difference of the foundation top surface should not exceed 5 mm. For short-term use, pre-fabricated concrete pads or steel plates can be used, with a pad spacing of no more than 2 m. A crushed stone leveling layer should be laid underneath.
  • Lifting and Positioning Stage: Use steel wire ropes with sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure that all lifting points are subjected to synchronous force, avoiding unilateral force that could cause container distortion. After the container is positioned, check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation pad. Use thin steel sheets to fill any local gaps and use a level to detect and control the horizontal error within 2 mm per meter.
  • Interior Installation and Decoration Stage: This includes laying floor leather, installing lighting fixtures and switch sockets, reserving air conditioning holes, installing window security grilles, and applying waterproof sealant.
  • Acceptance and Delivery Stage: After construction is completed, conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure all indicators meet requirements, and then deliver for use. Some manufacturers also provide supporting after-sales support.
