Container House Construction Photos

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, there are no directly publicly available construction photos of container houses, but the construction scenes can be understood through their construction processes and typical cases.

Construction Scenes in the Construction Process

  • Factory Production Stage: Inside the factory, various components of the container house are manufactured. For example, in a structural modular smart factory in Guangdong, a fully automatic production line over 400 meters long operates continuously. Welding, assembly, and grinding robots work in coordination, and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) shuttle back and forth in the workshop. A house is disassembled into six components: the bottom, top, and four sides, which are produced simultaneously on multiple sub-production lines and finally assembled into a complete box at the end of the production line.
  • On-site Assembly Stage: After being transported to the project site, the container house modules are assembled. Taking the three-story multi-purpose office building in the factory area of COSCO Shipping Nantong as an example, 96 specially made house boxes are precisely assembled. On-site, overall lifting, inter-layer connections, and necessary installation work are required. Different-sized boxes are combined to meet the load-bearing requirements of a three-story building, taking into account internal space, office functions, on-site lifting, and post-use experience. This involves multiple aspects such as structural stress, size matching, transportation organization, lifting connection, inter-layer connection, and interior decoration.

Construction Scenes Embodied in Typical Cases

  • “Shenshan-made” Modular Houses: After all the preliminary work, including water and electricity, decoration, and even interior soft furnishings, is completed in the factory, the modules are shipped to Australia. Combined with supporting steel structure roof trusses and other scattered parts, the overall shape is erected, and only water and electricity connections are needed on-site to complete the installation, greatly reducing the construction period.
  • Temporary Offices for Construction Project Departments: In Wujiang, Suzhou, the integrated housing industry has formed a large-scale cluster. Taking Suzhou Zhishang Integrated Housing Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, it has an annual production capacity of 10,000 packing boxes and can quickly provide temporary offices for construction project departments, allowing for immediate occupancy upon installation on the same day.
