Although it is not possible to directly provide images of container house construction, a detailed description of the key steps and scenarios in container house construction can be given to help you form a clear visual understanding.

Container house construction mainly consists of three stages: foundation construction, container modification and installation, and interior decoration.

The foundation construction stage is the cornerstone of the entire project, and an appropriate foundation form needs to be selected according to the geological conditions. If the geological conditions are good, a concrete strip foundation can be adopted. First, the site is leveled, and excavators or manual labor are used to clear surface debris, ensuring that the ground flatness error does not exceed 5 centimeters. Then, lines are set out according to the design drawings to determine the foundation positions. After formwork support is installed, concrete is poured. The concrete strength grade is usually C20-C25. During the pouring process, a vibrating rod is used to vibrate the concrete densely to avoid honeycombing and pitting. After the concrete reaches the design strength (usually requiring 7-14 days of curing), the foundation surface is leveled to provide stable support for the subsequent container installation. If the geological conditions are poor or rapid construction is required, a steel structure ground beam foundation can also be used. H-shaped steel or I-beams are assembled into a frame through welding or bolt connections and fixed on the ground. This foundation form has a short construction period, but it is necessary to ensure that the steel is properly anti-corrosion treated to avoid later rusting affecting structural safety.

The container modification and installation stage is the core part. First, the appearance of the container is inspected to ensure that there is no serious deformation, rust, or damage to the box body. If there is slight rust, it needs to be sanded and then painted with anti-rust paint. Then, according to the design requirements, door and window openings are cut using a plasma cutting machine or an angle grinder. After cutting, the edges need to be ground to avoid scratches. Next, internal reinforcement is carried out. Reinforcing bars are welded or additional support structures are added at key parts of the container (such as corner columns and crossbeams) to improve the overall load-bearing capacity. During installation, a crane is used to lift the container to above the foundation and slowly lower it onto the foundation surface. The container is fixed to the foundation through anchor bolts or welding to ensure a firm connection. If it is a multi-story container house, connecting pieces such as angle steel or steel plates need to be installed between the floors, and rigid connections between the floors are achieved through bolts or welding to enhance overall stability.

The interior decoration stage focuses on functionality and comfort. The walls can be partitioned with light steel keel gypsum boards or integrated wall panels, the floor can be laid with wooden floors or tiles, and the ceiling can be installed with mineral wool boards or PVC suspended ceilings. The water and electricity lines need to be planned in advance. Troughs are cut in the walls or floors to bury pipes, and sockets, switches, and lamps are installed to ensure electrical safety. If air conditioners or heating systems need to be installed, positions for equipment installation should be reserved on the top or sides of the container, and waterproofing should be done properly. Finally, furniture is arranged according to usage needs, and beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, etc. are configured to complete the overall decoration.
