Container House Components
The main components of a container house include side panels, end panels, roof panels, base frames, and corner fittings.

Side and End Panels: Side and end panels are the vertical structural parts of a container house, typically made of high-strength steel plates. They possess properties such as compression resistance, wind resistance, and corrosion resistance. These panels are connected to the base frame and roof panel through welding or riveting processes, forming a closed space. The design of side and end panels not only ensures the structural strength of the house but also provides good sound insulation and thermal insulation performance. Some container houses also feature doors and windows on the side and end panels to meet ventilation and lighting needs.
Roof Panel: The roof panel is the top structural part of a container house, also manufactured from high-strength steel plates. The design of the roof panel must not only bear its own weight but also withstand external loads such as wind, rain, and snow. To enhance thermal insulation performance, insulation materials such as rock wool or glass wool are usually filled beneath the roof panel. Additionally, the design of the roof panel must consider drainage issues to ensure that rainwater can be smoothly discharged, preventing water accumulation from causing damage to the house.
Base Frame: The base frame is the foundational structure of a container house, welded from profiled steel. It has extremely high load-bearing capacity. The base frame not only supports the entire weight of the house but also withstands dynamic loads during transportation and lifting. To enhance corrosion resistance, the base frame is usually subjected to overall galvanizing or anti-corrosion coating treatment. Furthermore, the design of the base frame must consider the connection method with the foundation to ensure the stability and safety of the house.
Corner Fittings: Corner fittings are the key connecting components of a container house, located at the four corners of the house. They are not only used for lifting and stacking container houses but also play a role in fastening and stabilizing the structure. During the combination and expansion of container houses, corner fittings are the only stacking force transmission points, ensuring the structural safety of multi-story houses. The design of corner fittings is typically made of high-strength steel, possessing extremely high load-bearing capacity and durability.
