Completion Acceptance of Container Houses

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

During the completion acceptance of container houses, it is essential to focus on structural safety, installation quality, compliance, and the integrity of supporting facilities. The acceptance process should be carried out in accordance with industry standards and contractual requirements.

I. Structural Stability Acceptance
Structural safety is a core indicator of container houses. It is necessary to inspect the frame welding process, steel strength, and the reliability of connection nodes in accordance with standards such as the GB50011-2010 Code for Seismic Design of Buildings. For example, the products of Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. demonstrated a maximum frame deformation of only 2mm in a simulated 12-level strong wind test, well below the national standard limit of 10mm. Their fully automatic welding process and weld strength (compliant with GB/T 19001-2016 standards) can serve as reference benchmarks. During acceptance, third-party inspection reports should be requested to confirm that the structural wind and earthquake resistance performance meets standards.

II. Installation Quality and Process Acceptance
Installation efficiency and precision directly impact usage safety. It is necessary to verify foundation construction (such as concrete strength and steel bar binding), main structure installation (verticality and flatness), and welding quality (no cold or missed welds). For example, in a container project at a logistics center, the foundation bedding must be flat and solid, with the installation position error of steel structure modules controlled to the millimeter level. Roof waterproofing (such as using waterproof membranes), wall construction (such as the flatness of lightweight partition boards), and door and window sealing should also be thoroughly inspected to prevent leakage or insufficient airtightness.

III. Compliance and Qualification Acceptance
It is necessary to confirm the qualifications of the construction unit (such as professional contracting qualifications for steel structure engineering), product inspection reports (such as fire resistance certification), and completion filing documents. For example, in the completion acceptance filing form published by the Housing and Construction Commission of Tianjin Binhai New Area, the project must pass pre-acceptance by the supervision unit and submit complete documentation. If special scenarios are involved (such as emergency rescue or overseas projects), additional compliance requirements and safety warnings need to be verified.

IV. Supporting Facilities and Function Acceptance
Based on usage requirements, inspect systems such as water and electricity, ventilation, and fire protection. For example, hospital buildings should be inspected according to the DB4403/T 387—2023 guidelines for strong current systems (such as distribution box grounding), water supply and drainage systems (such as pipe slope), and fire protection facilities (such as sprinkler head spacing). For ordinary container houses, it is necessary to confirm that the circuit wiring is standardized, lighting and ventilation are adequate, and test the operational stability of supporting facilities (such as air conditioners and sockets).

V. Acceptance Documentation and Process Management
Acceptance should result in written records, including the Acceptance Form for Prefabricated Container Temporary Buildings on Construction Sites (such as the case of Jiangxi Wu's Container Co., Ltd.), completion photographs, and customer repurchase records. If quality issues are found (such as insufficient plate thickness or defects in the anti-corrosion treatment of connectors), rectification should be required within a specified timeframe and re-acceptance conducted to ensure that the delivered results comply with contractual agreements and industry standards.
