Container House Acceptance Content
The acceptance content of container houses mainly includes three major parts: material quality, factory production quality, and on-site project quality, as follows:

I. Material Quality Acceptance
Strict inspections should be carried out on the steel, accessories, and other materials used in container houses. The steel should meet relevant standards. For example, welded weathering steel should meet the requirements of GB/T 4171, and non-box structural components commonly use Q235B or Q345B, which should comply with the standards of GB/T 700 and GB/T 1591. Accessories and other materials should also have quality certificates to ensure reliable sources and qualified quality.
II. Factory Production Quality Acceptance
- Structural Stability: Check whether the frame of the container house is firm. For example, the weld strength of the all-steel structural frame should meet the standard of GB/T 19001-2016. Under simulated extreme environments (such as strong winds of Level 12), the frame deformation should be far below the national standard limit.
- Welding Quality: The welds at key positions such as the base frame, lifting points, and equipment foundations should be continuous and defect-free, with no structural deformation.
- Corrosion Protection and Sealing: Determine the corrosion protection plan according to the usage environment. Areas with high humidity and coastal regions require enhanced corrosion protection. At the same time, check the rainproof sealing performance to ensure no leakage.
- Dimensions and Precision: Verify whether the length, width, height, and internal clearance of the container house meet the design requirements, and whether the positions of equipment foundations, openings, and cable interfaces are consistent with the drawings.
III. On-site Project Quality Acceptance
- Installation Quality: Check the installation quality of the container house after it is transported to the site, including verticality, elevation, and connection reliability. The bolt torque should be recorded, and reports on the weld appearance and necessary non-destructive testing should be available.
- Functional Testing: Test functions such as door and window opening and closing, drainage organization, and thermal insulation against condensation to ensure they meet the design requirements.
- Overall Acceptance: Conduct an overall acceptance of the container house in combination with the design documents and contract requirements to ensure that key indicators such as airtightness and watertightness, thermal insulation continuity, and drainage slope meet the standards.
