Container Cement Mobile House
Quản trị 14 tháng 9, 2026
The container cement mobile house is a movable residential or office unit transformed from a container or cement prefabricated panel house, combining modular design, industrial prefabrication, and flexible assembly features, suitable for temporary buildings, construction site housing, homestays, commercial spaces, and other scenarios.

Structure and Materials
- Container Type: Based on standard shipping containers, it uses a high-strength steel frame (such as galvanized steel) combined with materials like rock wool sandwich panels and PVC-coated steel sheets to form a closed structure with thermal insulation, waterproofing, and fire resistance. Some products enhance thermal performance by adding elevated floors and triple-layer constructions (outer galvanized sheet + middle rock wool insulation layer + inner PVC steel sheet), reducing cold bridge effects in northern winters.
- Cement Prefabricated Panel House Type: Using reinforced concrete prefabricated panels as the main body, it achieves rapid assembly through a modular design. These houses offer superior fire and explosion resistance but are heavier and require professional lifting equipment for transportation.
Core Advantages
- Modular and Prefabricated: The main structure, interior and exterior wall decorations, and piping are prefabricated in the factory, requiring only lifting and joint treatment on-site. Construction errors are reduced from centimeters to millimeters, ensuring high spatial regularity, standardized door and window openings, and minimizing the need for later modifications.
- Optimized Thermal Performance: Through multi-layer constructions (such as rock wool insulation layers, double-glazed windows, and sunshades) and integrated solar panels, indoor temperature fluctuations are minimized, enhancing living comfort.
- Flexible Functional Zoning: Fixed-size units (e.g., 3m x 6m) adopt a functional overlay strategy, integrating kitchens and bathrooms into wet areas, while living and sleeping areas use convertible furniture (such as folding tables and drop-down beds) for day-night functional switching. However, systematic planning of storage space is necessary to avoid shrinkage of actual usable area.
- Low Relocation Costs: The cost for a single lifting and transportation is approximately 15-25 yuan per kilometer. After arriving at a new site, the house can be used immediately after connecting to water and electricity, supporting a "movable living" model. However, attention should be paid to bolt fatigue (the risk of structural deformation increases by about 15% after more than 5 disassemblies and reassemblies).
Application Scenarios
- Temporary Buildings: Construction site dormitories, prefabricated panel houses, guardhouses, etc.
- Commercial Spaces: Outdoor offices, mobile shops, homestays, etc.
- Personal Space Expansion: Suburban studios, weekend cottages, etc., supporting custom paint colors for the exterior and integrating modern design aesthetics.
