Container Accommodation Integrated House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

A container accommodation integrated house is a mobile house with accommodation functions, formed through modular design and industrial production, using containers as the basic structural units. It is widely applied and has prominent advantages in the field of cultural and tourism accommodation.

Design Principles and Structural Features: The container accommodation integrated house transforms the rigid structure of traditional containers by incorporating residential functions and aesthetic elements. It usually adopts a curved or rounded exterior design to enhance visual appeal and optimize wind resistance and drainage performance. With a steel frame as the skeleton, the interior and exterior wall panels are made of thermal insulation materials, and openings for doors, windows, and water and electricity pipelines are pre-reserved. All components are prefabricated in the factory and can be put into use with just hoisting and simple connections on-site, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing interference with the on-site environment.

Performance Advantages: In terms of thermal insulation, the walls are filled with high-density insulation materials such as rock wool or polyurethane, and are combined with a moisture-proof layer and a ventilation layer to form a multi-layer protective system that can cope with various climatic conditions. Regarding wind resistance, the steel structural frame is calculated and reinforced to withstand the impact of high wind speeds, meeting the usage requirements of most natural scenarios. In addition, it also has multiple protective properties such as fire resistance, waterproof sealing, earthquake resistance, and corrosion and rust prevention.

Application Scenarios: It has a wide range of applicability. In natural environments such as seashores, mountains, and lakesides, it can serve as accommodation units for guesthouses and camping bases; at fishing grounds and scenic spot entrances, it can also be used as temporary rest or service facilities. Due to its mobility, users can flexibly adjust the layout according to business needs or reuse it at different locations.

Purchase Considerations: When choosing, attention should be paid to the structural safety and material environmental protection of the product. Regular manufacturers will provide structural calculation reports and material test reports that meet the standards. At the same time, factors such as the manufacturer's process performance, compliance services, scenario adaptability, and return on investment should be considered, including the level of non-welding quick-assembly technology, the degree of disassembly and assembly loss, the structural stability after multiple relocations and reuse, the production entity's qualifications, domestic and foreign certifications, and project delivery and after-sales implementation capabilities.
