Construction Site Temporary Mobile Toilet
Construction site temporary mobile toilets are sanitation facilities specifically designed for temporary locations such as construction sites, featuring flexibility, rapid deployment, and environmental adaptability. The following provides an introduction from four aspects: product types, material and structure, customization process, and internal configuration:

Product Types
Common types include single-unit mobile toilets and modular mobile toilets. Single-unit toilets are standalone compartments suitable for construction sites with dispersed foot traffic; modular toilets form multiple toilet compartments through modular assembly and can be equipped with additional facilities such as sinks and urinals. For special needs, there are also mobile toilets with barrier-free access (convenient for disabled individuals) and eco-friendly ecological toilets (such as those using microbial degradation or recirculating water flushing to reduce water consumption and pollution).
Material and Structure
The main frame is generally made of steel to ensure stability and durability. Exterior wall materials can be selected from galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, or metal embossed panels, balancing rust resistance, aesthetics, and thermal insulation requirements; the interior is filled with rock wool or polyurethane for thermal insulation, adapting to different climatic conditions. The floor is laid with anti-slip flooring and covered with a waterproof layer to prevent water leakage; doors and windows mostly use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass, ensuring both light transmission and impact resistance.
Customization Process
Due to differences in site terrain, space, and functional requirements at construction sites, the customization service starts with需求沟通 (needs communication) to clarify dimensions, layout, door and window positions, electrical configurations (such as sockets, lighting, and air conditioning provisions), exterior colors, and logo designs. Based on the site conditions, the company provides a design plan, which, upon confirmation, enters the factory prefabrication stage with a production cycle of approximately 7 to 15 days (longer for complex plans). After prefabrication, the product is transported to the site as a whole or in modular form, lifted or assembled after site leveling, and connected to water and electricity for immediate use.
Internal Configuration
Basic configurations include lighting systems, sockets, distribution boxes, exhaust fans, etc., meeting basic usage needs. For an enhanced experience, variable-frequency air conditioners and complete bathroom cabinets can be added (such as the 4+1 stepped design in eco-friendly mobile toilets, featuring 4 squat toilets and 1 open washroom equipped with exhaust fans, tissue dispensers, hooks, etc.). Some high-end models use bamboo-wood fiber board for interior walls, anti-slip tiles for the floor, and titanium-magnesium alloy doors for the side entrances, balancing practicality and aesthetics.
