Quick Installation Mobile Toilets for Construction Sites

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

Mobile toilets for quick installation at construction sites mainly come in the following types and features:

1. Square-tube Box Toilets

These mobile toilets typically adopt a modular design. Taking a specification of 3 meters wide and 6 meters long as an example, the overall frame is welded from square tubes measuring 10×10 centimeters and 1.5 millimeters thick, providing a sturdy structure and easy transportation. The interior space is divided into two independent areas: the left side is for men's restrooms, and the right side is for women's restrooms, meeting the need for gender separation. The facilities include special doors for the box houses (with anti-theft and wind-proof functions), ceramic sinks (providing cleaning convenience), and floors paved with anti-slip floor rubber (to prevent people from slipping). These toilets are suitable for construction sites with long construction periods and dense personnel. During installation, ensure the ground is level, and the frame can be quickly assembled by fixing it with bolts.

2. Stainless Steel Waterless Packing Squat Toilets

The core advantage of this type of mobile toilet is that it requires no sewage pipes. It uses a stainless-steel squat toilet and waterless packing technology to achieve sealed feces collection, preventing odor diffusion. There are two installation methods: floor-mounted and in-ground. The floor-mounted type is placed directly on the ground and is suitable for short-term use. The in-ground type requires excavating a foundation pit and fixing it, offering greater stability and is suitable for long-term use or construction sites with complex geological conditions. Since there is no need to connect to a water source or sewage system, these toilets are especially suitable for water-scarce areas, remote construction sites, or scenarios with strict environmental requirements. Maintenance only requires regular replacement of the packing bags.

3. Single-person Color Steel Plate Mobile Toilets

For construction sites with limited space or temporary needs, single-person mobile toilets feature a compact design, with an overall size of approximately 1.1 meters × 1.1 meters. The exterior walls are made of color steel plates (with anti-rust and heat-insulation properties), and the interior is equipped with anti-slip floors, squat toilets, and water storage tanks (for flushing). These toilets are flexible to install and can be directly transported to the designated location by forklift without complex construction, making them suitable for decentralized work areas or temporary construction sites. The water storage tank usually has a capacity of 50-100 liters and requires regular water replenishment. However, they occupy a small area and have low costs, making them an economical choice for small construction sites.

Selection Suggestions: For large-scale construction sites with long construction periods, square-tube box toilets or in-ground waterless toilets are recommended for their durability and functionality. If space is limited or frequent movement is required, single-person color steel plate toilets are more convenient. Waterless packing types are suitable for water-scarce or environmentally sensitive areas. Before installation, evaluate the site conditions (such as ground flatness and drainage requirements) and usage frequency to ensure the toilet type matches the actual needs.
