Prefabricated House Structure at Construction Sites
The prefabricated house structure at construction sites involves prefabricating or partially prefabricating components in a factory and then transporting them to the site for assembly and installation. The following provides a detailed introduction from three aspects: structural systems, component types, and construction processes:

Structural Systems: There are various structural systems for prefabricated house structures at construction sites. Among them, the prefabricated concrete shear wall structural system is relatively common. It utilizes prefabricated concrete shear walls to bear horizontal and vertical loads, offering high strength and stiffness to effectively ensure the stability of the house. The EPS module cast-in-place concrete structural system uses EPS modules as formwork, with concrete poured inside the modules to form structural components such as walls. This system has good thermal insulation properties and can improve the energy efficiency of the house. The light steel frame structural system uses light steel as the framework, forming a frame structure through welding or bolt connections. It has the advantages of light weight and fast construction speed, making it suitable for various types of house construction.
Component Types: The component types of prefabricated house structures are diverse, covering major prefabricated products such as beams, slabs, walls, and columns. Prefabricated wall panels are an important part of house walls and can be made into different specifications and shapes according to design requirements, offering good thermal and sound insulation properties. Floor slabs and floor joists are used to construct the floor structure of the house, providing stable support. Wall modules integrate multiple functions required for walls, such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, and decoration, facilitating on-site installation. Roof trusses are key components of the roof structure, capable of bearing the weight of the roof and loads such as wind and snow, ensuring the stability of the roof.
Construction Process: During construction, a chassis frame is first erected on the pre-cast foundation to provide a stable base for subsequent component installation. Then, floor joists are laid and covered with panels to form the floor structure of the house. Next, prefabricated wall modules are erected and fixed on the base plate. After completing the enclosure of the exterior wall frame, the internal partition wall framework is constructed to divide the house into various functional spaces. Subsequently, second-floor floor beams are laid to build the upper-floor space, meeting the construction needs of multi-story houses. Finally, roof construction is carried out, with prefabricated triangular trusses lifted and placed on the top beams of the walls to complete the roof installation, forming a complete enclosed space for the house.
