Construction Site Portable Toilet
The construction site portable toilet is a movable toilet facility designed to meet the temporary and phased needs of construction sites. It has the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport, and can be reused repeatedly.

Production Method
A young man used a water storage tank and a pallet to make a portable toilet. First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet, place the water storage tank recycled from a garbage station, and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. Stack two top-open water storage tanks upside down and fix them with self-tapping screws, and cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway. Make a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe. Install and fix a toilet. Fix the water pipe on the wall with clips and install a faucet. Use a stainless steel basin to make a sink and fix it on the cap below the faucet. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a toilet seat and a spray shower head, and finally make a door with wood and hinges and install a door handle.
Types and Structures
- Composition: Generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device.
- By structural form: It is divided into single-structure portable toilets and composite-structure portable toilets. The single structure is relatively independent, while the composite structure may be composed of multiple parts and has more complex functions.
- By moving method: It is divided into lifting and handling portable toilets, and powered and towed portable toilets. Lifting and handling types require lifting equipment or manual handling; powered and towed types can be moved by vehicles or their own power.
- By sewage treatment method: It is divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction portable toilets, circulating water-flush portable toilets, and dry-packing portable toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction types require regular sewage cleaning; circulating water-flush types can treat sewage for recycling; dry-packing types pack feces for disposal.
Practical Applications
Factories can customize portable toilets according to the gender ratio of workers. For example, when there are more men and fewer women, one squat position is reserved for women and seven for men. There is also a 4 + 1 stepped portable toilet with a total of four squat positions and an open washroom in the middle. The exterior walls are made of heat-insulating and flame-retardant metal carved panels, and the side doors are installed with titanium-magnesium alloy doors. The washroom is equipped with a complete set of bathroom cabinets. The interior walls of the toilet are made of bamboo-wood fiber panels, equipped with exhaust fans, tissue boxes, and hooks, and the bottom is made of anti-slip tiles. It can also be customized according to special needs.
