Quality of Mobile Toilets at Construction Sites

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The quality of mobile toilets at construction sites should be comprehensively evaluated from four dimensions: material and structure, sewage system, supporting facilities, and certification and testing.

1. Material and Structure: Stability and Durability as the Foundation The frame structure typically employs hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures, featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. It can withstand external impacts during lifting, transportation, and long-term use, preventing deformation or damage. Wall materials often use corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean composite panels (such as metal carved panels and color-steel composite panels). Interior walls adopt moisture-proof materials like stone plastic panels and aluminum-plastic panels, filled with rock wool and other flame-retardant insulation materials to meet thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire prevention requirements. The floor requires waterproof and anti-slip treatment, commonly using anti-slip patterned aluminum panels or reinforced composite flooring, with reserved sewage pipe interfaces to ensure installation convenience.

2. Sewage System: Core Technology Determines User Experience Depending on the construction site environment, sewage systems are divided into three categories:

  • Water-flush direct-discharge type: Requires connection to municipal pipelines, with the core standard being a stable and water-saving flushing system to avoid water waste;
  • Waterless packing/microbial degradation type: Suitable for areas without sewage pipe networks, requiring strong sealing and no odor leakage, with microbial degradation needing to efficiently decompose excreta;
  • Recirculating water flushing type: Purifies flushing water through biological treatment technology for reuse, requiring assurance of water treatment effectiveness and system stability. Construction site scenarios commonly use water-saving flushing systems or foam sealing types, with the latter reducing odor emission through foam coverage for easier subsequent centralized cleaning.

3. Supporting Facilities: Complete Functions Ensure Hygiene Conditions Basic configurations include exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, sinks, mirrors, and shelves, requiring an effective ventilation system to prevent odor accumulation. The electrical system should use waterproof wiring, with sockets and switches equipped with leakage protection functions, and lighting fixtures meeting moisture-proof requirements to ensure electrical safety. Some high-end products also add air conditioners and deodorization devices to enhance user comfort.

4. Certification and Testing: Mandatory Standards for Quality Compliance Products must comply with industry standards such as GB/T 18092-2000 Waterless Sanitary Toilets and CJ/T 378-2011 Portable Toilets. Before leaving the factory, they must pass structural stability tests, flushing system operation tests, electrical safety tests, and appearance inspections. Some products simulate the lifting process to verify the rationality of lifting points and the anti-deformation ability of the box body, ensuring delivery quality.
