Construction Site Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
The construction plan for mobile toilets at construction sites should be comprehensively planned from six aspects: site selection and layout, foundation treatment, main structure installation, supporting system design, construction management and maintenance, and emergency response. Details are as follows:

I. Site Selection and Layout Prioritize placement on the inner side of the construction site's living area, 30 to 50 meters away from dormitories and canteens, avoiding the prevailing summer wind direction and underground pipelines (such as cables and gas pipelines), and consult pipeline maps for marking if necessary. Select single-unit public toilets with compartments based on worker shift requirements, with a male-to-female toilet ratio of 1:1.2. Add accessible restrooms (including baby care stations) and equip them with handwashing stations, simple lighting, and basic supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap.
II. Foundation Treatment After removing surface debris, compact the base soil surface to a compaction degree of no less than 90%. Pour a 10 to 15 cm thick C20 concrete cushion, with an area 30 cm wider on each side than the outer contour of the toilet base. If repeated relocation is required, prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs or steel roadbed boxes can be used. Reserve a drainage slope of 2% to 3% on the foundation surface, sloping towards the catch basin on the side of the sewage outlet to prevent water accumulation.
III. Main Structure Installation Adopt an integrated steel structure frame combined with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) wall panels or color-steel sandwich panels. The recommended dimensions for a single unit are 1.2 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2.4 meters in height, with an internal clear height of no less than 2 meters. After positioning with a crane or forklift, adjust the levelness with a spirit level. Modular public toilets can be quickly assembled to meet temporary capacity expansion needs.
IV. Supporting System Design For the water supply, drainage, and sewage systems, prioritize water-flush or vacuum sewage options, with regular waste removal in compliance with sanitation requirements. Install sunshades or cooling equipment in hot weather and strengthen drainage functions during the rainy season. Environmental protection measures include equipping with deodorization devices, flushing systems, and waste disposal processes that meet environmental standards.
V. Construction Management and Maintenance Allocate one mobile toilet for every 50 people, with a walking distance controlled within 200 meters. Arrange for dedicated personnel to conduct daily inspections, replenish consumables, and perform regular cleaning and disinfection to ensure hygiene and safety.
VI. Emergency Response Select materials with strong weather resistance (such as stainless steel or high-quality plastics) based on the scenario. For event scenarios, recommend double-unit public toilets with partitions (6 compartments each for men and women). Choose service providers with rapid response capabilities to complete equipment removal and comprehensive disinfection within 48 hours after the event.
This plan can effectively enhance the practicality and management standardization of mobile toilets at construction sites through scientific planning and attention to detail.
