Construction Site Container House Price
The prices of container houses at construction sites vary significantly depending on specifications, configurations, regions, and suppliers, typically ranging from 4,800 yuan to tens of thousands of yuan. The following analysis is conducted from different dimensions:

I. Price Differences in Basic Models North China, as a hub for the integrated housing industry in China, has relatively lower prices for basic container houses. For example, in conventional models (with 50/75mm rock wool insulation meeting fire safety requirements) in Hebei, Tianjin, and Beijing, the price of a simple basic model (with one door, three windows, and basic electrical circuits) ranges from 6,000 to 8,500 yuan per set; the price of a 3*6-meter standard fully-furnished model (including floor covering and complete water and electricity systems) ranges from 8,500 to 12,000 yuan per set. In contrast, the Khorgos Port in Xinjiang sees significantly higher prices for basic models due to high transportation costs and special demands. For instance, the price of a thickened cold-resistant basic model (with an insulation layer of ≥100mm) ranges from 8,500 to 11,000 yuan per set; the price of a cold-resistant fully-furnished model (with double-glazed windows and bottom freeze-resistant insulation) ranges from 11,000 to 15,000 yuan per set, which is 20%-30% higher than that in North China.
II. Impact of Configurations and Functions on Prices The prices of container houses are closely related to their functional configurations. For example, a container house used at a construction site in Hangzhou, starting at 4,800 yuan, although a basic model, includes a thickened top insulation layer, an anti-theft stainless steel door lock, an 18mm high-strength cement fiber floor, and pre-installed strong electricity and network cable interfaces, meeting the needs of temporary offices. In contrast, due to severe winters, the Khorgos Port requires thickened insulation layers, designs resistant to strong winds and snow accumulation, and even double-glazed windows and bottom freeze-resistant insulation, leading to increased costs. Additionally, customized demands (such as special sizes, colors, and internal layouts) also drive up prices.
III. Regional and Transportation Cost Differences Transportation costs are a key factor affecting prices. North China has lower factory prices and transportation costs for locally procured products due to its mature industrial chain, while the Khorgos Port requires long-distance transportation from inland areas, with transportation costs alone potentially increasing the cost per container by thousands of yuan. For example, the distance from North China to Khorgos is approximately 3,000-4,000 kilometers, and transportation costs directly drive up the final selling price. Furthermore, market demand structures also affect prices. Container houses at the Khorgos Port are mostly used for foreign trade warehousing, port support facilities, and other scenarios, requiring higher specifications and configurations, further widening the price gap with North China.
