The construction process of a container house mainly includes steps such as pile foundation construction, container body transportation and hoisting, container body modification and connection, insulation and decoration, water and electricity installation, and supporting system construction.

  1. Pile Foundation Construction: The construction of a container house also requires a solid foundation. Pile foundation construction is usually carried out according to geological conditions and design requirements to ensure the stability and safety of the house.

  2. Container Body Transportation and Hoisting: Select appropriate containers (new or used) and transport them to the construction site. According to the design drawings, use cranes and other equipment to hoist the containers to the predetermined positions for preliminary positioning.

  3. Container Body Modification and Connection: According to design requirements, carry out modification work on the containers, such as cutting and opening holes, to install doors and windows or adjust the internal space. Multiple containers are fixed together through welding, bolt connection, etc., to form an overall structure. At the same time, install internal wooden frames, including partition walls, to enhance structural stability.

  4. Insulation and Decoration: Container houses require insulation treatment, usually by adding insulation materials to the inner and outer walls of the containers. Then, carry out internal decoration, including laying floors, installing wall and ceiling materials, applying paints and coatings, etc., to improve living comfort.

  5. Water and Electricity Installation: According to the design drawings, lay and install water and electricity pipelines, including laying underfloor heating pipelines (if necessary), installing lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets. At the same time, reserve holes for air conditioners, etc., to prepare for subsequent equipment installation.

  6. Supporting System Construction: According to actual needs, build supporting facilities such as rainwater collection systems and solar power generation systems to enhance the environmental protection and self-sufficiency of the house.
