Construction Mobile Toilet

There are mainly two ways to obtain construction mobile toilets: self-made and using finished products.

Self-made Mobile Toilet

Self-made mobile toilets typically utilize materials such as water storage tanks and pallets. The specific steps are as follows: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to enable mobility. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station onto the pallet, and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to create an open-top tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first tank, securing it with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening to form a doorway. Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal it. Then, install facilities such as a toilet, faucet, sink, and showerhead, and finally install the door. This method has relatively low costs but requires certain hands-on skills and tools. The production process is relatively cumbersome, with high skill requirements for the makers. The toilets produced may have certain limitations in terms of aesthetics and durability.

Using Finished Mobile Toilets

Finished mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. They come in various classifications. According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. According to the mobility method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets. According to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. The design of mobile toilets follows the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, environmental protection and ecology, and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure is lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials, with a sturdy structure. The height and width are controlled, and the mobile devices are complete and reasonable. They are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. Installation does not require complex construction and can be quickly implemented, easily solving toilet problems in various public spaces. Their functions can meet requirements, and their appearance and functions can be customized as needed. The number of toilet stalls can be planned according to the passenger flow volume.
