Concrete Prefabricated House Booking Plan
Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026
The concrete prefabricated house booking plan adheres to the principles of demand anticipation, on-demand matching, and full-process support. The specific process is as follows:

I. Clarifying Suitable Scenarios Concrete prefabricated houses are suitable for three types of scenarios:
- Rural Self-built Houses: Including single-story self-occupied residences, two-story or lower bed-and-breakfasts, and small family storage houses, meeting both living and storage needs.
- Commercial Temporary Buildings: Such as construction site project offices, temporary factory office buildings, agricultural industrial park guardhouses, and scenic area service stations, suitable for short-term or functional business scenarios.
- Public Support Buildings: Including rural emergency shelters, grassroots public service stations, and community elderly activity centers, serving public safety and community services.
II. Demand Assessment A dedicated customer manager will visit in person to record demands one-on-one, forming a written basis:
- Basic Parameters: Clarify the building area, number of floors, number of bays, minimum area of functional zones, positions and sizes of doors and windows, and locations of water and electricity pipelines to ensure structural and functional matching.
- Personalized Functions: Choose exterior wall insulation layers, photovoltaic panel bases, moisture-proof elevated floors, and soundproof interlayers according to needs; exterior wall options include fair-faced concrete, stone-like paint, and antique brick veneers, while interior wall options include roughcast, cement troweling, and plastering for different decoration standards.
- Cost and Schedule: Match cost-effective component combinations according to the budget to reduce unnecessary costs; arrange the schedule in reverse based on the move-in time to avoid delays.
III. Providing Customized Design Plans Provide a plan and cost estimate within 3 working days after demand confirmation:
- Floor Plan Layout: Mark the sizes of functional zones, positions of doors and windows, and locations of water and electricity points, supporting free modifications until the customer is satisfied.
- Structural Safety Description: Clarify the seismic resistance level (Grade 8), load-bearing capacity, wall thickness, and component materials, complying with national prefabricated building standards, and provide a quality inspection report upon delivery.
- Cost Estimate: List the costs of component production, transportation, installation, foundation construction, and water and electricity installation to ensure transparency and no hidden charges.
IV. Core Selection Criteria
- Product Performance: The entire structure is cast in one piece with reinforced concrete, with a concrete grade of ≥C40, capable of withstanding earthquakes of magnitude 8 and winds of force 12, with Class A fire resistance, dense walls that prevent moisture return, a main structure lifespan of ≥50 years, and superior sound and heat insulation compared to traditional brick-and-concrete houses.
- Customized Adaptation: Supports single-room, courtyard, and multi-story拼接 (splicing), can thicken insulation layers and strengthen anti-seepage structures according to climate, and pre-embed water and electricity pipelines to avoid on-site secondary modifications.
- Full-cycle Services: Free pre-sales site surveys and splicing plans; follow-up on production progress during sales; long-term post-sales quality assurance, supporting relocation, storey addition, and expansion and renovation.
- Delivery Efficiency: The standardized production line can produce ≥5 rooms per day, with an annual capacity of ≥1,000 rooms. Large-volume orders are prioritized for production scheduling to shorten the construction period.
