Concrete House with Prefabricated Base

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabrication of concrete houses with bases mainly involves the technology of prefabricated ribbed-base concrete composite floor slabs, construction methods, and market application scenarios, as detailed below:

Technology of Prefabricated Ribbed-Base Concrete Composite Floor Slabs

This technology employs the pre-tensioning method to produce prefabricated prestressed concrete ribbed base slabs, which are combined with cast-in-place reinforced concrete layers to form an assembled monolithic floor slab. The base slab ribs can be rectangular, T-shaped, or wedge-shaped, with spans ranging from 3 to 9 meters. The thickness of the post-cast layer must be no less than 1.3 times that of the prefabricated base slab. Its core advantage lies in the combination of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction, ensuring both structural integrity and construction efficiency. The product is also known as a "prestressed ribbed concrete composite slab". This technology is suitable for floor slabs and roof slabs in areas with seismic fortification intensities of 6 to 8 degrees, effectively meeting the structural safety requirements of moderate to high seismic zones.

Construction Method of Prefabricated Concrete Houses

The main body of the house adopts a construction mode of factory-prefabricated components and on-site assembly. In the factory, concrete components are cast using molds, including the placement of steel reinforcement meshes and connectors. After casting, the components are covered with plastic greenhouses and heated to promote cement hydration reactions and accelerate strength development. During on-site construction, foundation treatment must be completed first, using waste concrete materials as the base and installing positioning guide plates to accurately fix the prefabricated concrete piles. The assembly of the main structure is similar to "building blocks", with a two-story reinforced concrete shell house taking only about two weeks to complete, significantly reducing on-site wet work and minimizing the environmental impact of construction.

Market Applications and Product Characteristics

Prefabricated concrete integrated houses have formed a diverse range of brands and specification systems, such as the Xiangfeng brand in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, and the Xinwang brand in Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Prices vary significantly by region and specification, with common quotes of 500 yuan per square meter or 385 yuan per square meter. The products comply with national or industry standards and possess snow-load and load-bearing capabilities, making them suitable for rapid construction in rural courtyards, garages, and other scenarios. Their core value lies in achieving rapid construction and cost optimization through standardized production and modular design, while meeting structural safety and functional requirements.
