Composite Wallboard Container House

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The composite wallboard container house is a modular building that takes the container as its prototype, adopts a prefabricated box-type structure, and uses composite materials for its wallboards, possessing various excellent properties. The following is an introduction from aspects such as structure, materials, performance, and application scenarios:

In terms of structure: The main frame is usually welded from hot-dip galvanized square steel. Commonly used specifications include galvanized square tubes with dimensions such as 100×100mm and 80×80mm. The wallboards adopt a composite structure. For example, the walls of the Apple Pod container house use a composite sandwich panel structure.

In terms of materials: The wallboards are filled with various insulation materials, such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane. Some composite wallboards also have more functional layers. For instance, a composite wallboard for a container mobile house includes a frame, flame-retardant coating, insulation layer, breathable board, soundproof layer, heat insulation layer, inner groove, air vent, air duct, inner core board, and panel body, combining the advantages of various wallboards. The glass part generally uses insulated tempered glass to enhance heat insulation and safety. The frame is hot-dip galvanized to improve corrosion resistance, and the wallboards have strong weather resistance.

In terms of performance: It performs excellently in terms of heat insulation. For example, the Apple Pod has a comprehensive solution for extreme climates. For products aimed at the Hokkaido region of Japan, the entire house is sprayed with a high-density polyurethane insulation layer, combined with multiple heating systems. The overall heat transfer coefficient of the multi-layer insulation system can reach a K-value of ≤0.28W/㎡·K, meeting the ultra-low energy consumption building standard. It has a high waterproof rating, reaching IP66, and can withstand various harsh weather conditions. The designed service life can reach more than 20 years, and it can be used stably in coastal humid, high-salt environments as well as extremely cold or hot regions. Some composite wallboards can conduct the moist air inside the panel body through air vents and air ducts, improving the air circulation inside the wall and reducing corrosion.

In terms of application scenarios: It has flexible dimensions and can meet various needs from single-room homestays to multi-functional spaces. Common container house products are suitable for construction site dormitories, office areas, temporary meeting rooms, self-built houses, homestays, scenic spot supporting houses, security guard posts, property guard posts, environmental protection public toilets, and other scenarios.
