Common Mobile Toilet Materials

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

Common materials used in ordinary mobile toilets include metal materials, plastic/composite materials, wooden materials, as well as color-coated steel sheets and metal carved panels, etc. Different materials have different characteristics and are suitable for different parts.

Among metal materials, aluminum alloy is a common choice. It is lightweight, facilitating the transportation and installation of mobile toilets. Additionally, it has strong corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding erosion from the external environment. It is often used to make the framework and skeleton of mobile toilets, providing stable support for the entire structure. Stainless steel has even more outstanding corrosion resistance and is mostly used for internal hardware, door hinges, and some exterior finishes, ensuring that these parts are not prone to rusting and damage during long-term use, thereby extending their service life.

In terms of plastic/composite materials, PVC panels perform excellently. They are waterproof and moisture-proof, which is crucial for a toilet environment that is prone to dampness, effectively preventing material damage caused by water penetration. Moreover, they are easy to clean, facilitating daily maintenance. Therefore, PVC panels are commonly used to make internal partitions, wall panels, and ceiling panels. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic has a strength close to that of steel but is relatively lightweight. It also has good corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties and is often used to make the outer shell or the entire structure of mobile toilets, ensuring the toilet's sturdiness and durability.

Among wooden materials, preservative-treated wood has a natural texture, giving a warm and comfortable feeling. It is also easy to process and can be made into various shapes according to design requirements. Ecological wood combines the appearance of wood with the durability of plastic. However, both have certain usage limitations. For example, they may be prone to moisture deformation in damp environments, so their application scope is relatively narrow.

Color-coated steel sheets are composed of color-coated steel plates and core materials such as foam and rock wool. They are lightweight and easy to install, enabling the rapid construction of mobile toilets. Moreover, their relatively low price reduces construction costs and makes them relatively common in the production of mobile toilets. Metal carved panels are also often used in the production of mobile toilets. They have a beautiful appearance and certain decorative properties while possessing the sturdiness and durability of metal materials.
