Combined Prefabricated House Illustration

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, there is no direct illustration of combined prefabricated houses, but the structure and construction points can be described based on relevant prefabricated house plans:

Combined Plan of Precast Slabs and Cast-in-Place Belts

This is a relatively common structural form of combined prefabricated houses. Its core principle is to use cast-in-place concrete belts to “lock” the scattered precast slabs into a whole, enhancing the stability and integrity of the house structure.

  • Precast Slab Selection: It is necessary to choose “prestressed hollow slabs” with round holes in the middle. These slabs have good mechanical properties. At the same time, it is essential to identify “national standard qualified products” to ensure that their quality meets the standards. When selecting, carefully check the appearance to ensure there are no cracks, chipped corners, or other defects, as these would affect the safety and service life of the house.
  • Cast-in-Place Belt Construction: The cast-in-place belt should be constructed directly above the load-bearing wall, and a cast-in-place belt should be set at the splicing point of the precast slabs. Its width is generally between 15 and 20 centimeters. Through the pouring of the cast-in-place belt, the individual precast slabs are tightly connected to form an organic whole, effectively improving the seismic performance and load-bearing capacity of the house.
  • Construction Team Coordination: The implementation of this plan requires close coordination among various work types of the construction team. For example, when installing the precast slabs, ensure that their positions are accurate and the splicing is tight; when pouring the cast-in-place belt, control the mix ratio and pouring quality of the concrete to ensure a good bond between the cast-in-place belt and the precast slabs.

Flat-Pack Miniature Houses

For example, the BASIC prefabricated house from Brette Haus is connected by three modules via hinges and can be folded together. This design greatly facilitates transportation. After the house arrives at the site, it can be completed in just three hours, demonstrating extremely high efficiency. The System 01 prefabricated cabin from Backcountry Hut Company has its shell produced in the company's factory. All components can be easily assembled on site. Special models can be built by a small team of construction workers within a week without any mechanical assistance, reflecting their convenience and efficiency.

Container Architecture

Container architecture is a new type of architecture. By combining containers, various architectural forms can be created. From small single-container buildings to large combined buildings made up of hundreds of containers, the scale can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual project requirements, creating unique artistic qualities.
