Combined Prefabricated House Design Drawings

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Here are the design drawings and related information for several types of combined prefabricated houses:

Canadian Government Modular Prefabricated Houses: On March 7, 2024, the Canadian government unveiled the first batch of 50 modular prefabricated house designs, covering various types such as townhouses, quadruplexes, sextuplexes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The house sizes range from a 493-square-foot mini standalone house to a 739-square-foot three-bedroom, six-unit residence, with specific dimensions varying by province or region where the design is approved. The core advantage lies in modular design, which reduces bureaucratic red tape in the approval process through standardized components, significantly shortening approval times while lowering construction costs through mass production, suitable for rapid construction needs.

Brette Haus BASIC Modular House: Developed by Brette Haus, it features a foldable design with three modules connected by hinges for easy transportation. Upon arrival at the site, the house can be assembled in just 3 hours. The internal floor area is approximately 161 square feet (15 square meters), with a total area including the patio of 236 square feet (22 square meters). Its design emphasizes portability and rapid deployment, making it suitable for temporary living or emergency relocation scenarios.

Backcountry Hut Company System 01 Prefabricated Cabin: Inspired by Canadian wilderness and outdoor culture, the design combines fashion with practicality. The house shell is prefabricated in the factory, and all components are transported to the site for assembly by a small construction team within one week. The living space is 185 square feet (17 square meters), including an open lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping or storage loft, meeting basic living needs. Its design emphasizes modularity and ease of assembly, suitable for remote areas or tourist resort scenarios.

Gap House Designed by OJO-OYO Prefab Workshop: Located in Xi'an Caotang, it has a construction area of 90 square meters and is assembled from four containers, with transportation and assembly time of less than 5 hours. The south facade of the containers is clad with pine strips, while the remaining walls are made of color-coated steel plates, with a dark gray exterior that is dirt-resistant and cost-effective. The house design focuses on lighting and warmth, introducing natural light through large glass windows and promoting indoor air circulation with staggered floor spaces to enhance living comfort. Its rapid assembly and adaptive design provide an innovative solution for utilizing urban gap spaces.
