• Materials and Specifications: The materials are diverse, including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and steel structures. These materials have different characteristics. For example, stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, aluminum alloy is lightweight and has relatively high strength, and steel structures are sturdy and durable. Selection can be made based on the actual usage environment and budget. In terms of height, there are specifications such as 2.7m and 2.8m, with different heights suitable for different site conditions and population needs.

The overall structure takes into account lightness, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible while ensuring structural sturdiness for safety. The height and width of the toilet also need to be controlled during design, and the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality to facilitate transfer and installation between different sites.

Portable Combined Toilet

• Research and Development Background: Developed by the Japanese design studio Nendo, it was initially designed to solve the problem of dignified toilet use for people in disaster areas such as earthquakes and tsunamis. After a disaster, traditional toilet facilities may be damaged, and this portable combined toilet can be quickly set up to provide basic toilet services for the affected population.
• Composition Structure: It mainly consists of six parts, including a C-shaped seat ring, four lightweight aluminum rods, garbage bags, a large piece of lightweight canvas, a coagulant, and a backpack that holds all the above items. The backpack can also store 16 liters of water, which can be utilized in emergencies, adding to its functional diversity.
• Assembly and Use: Assembly and use are very simple. Just fix the garbage bag on the C-shaped ring and support it with the aluminum rods. When using, put on the canvas like a raincoat and sit down to enjoy. If you have an umbrella, combining the umbrella and the canvas can create a small shelter, providing a certain level of privacy for the user.
