Clustered Container Mobile House
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
Container mobile houses are movable independent office or living units transformed from standard containers, featuring sturdy structures, convenient transportation, and strong modular expandability. They are widely used in construction sites, temporary command centers, scenic campsites, and other scenarios.

Structure and Types
Container mobile houses are based on standard containers (commonly 20-foot and 40-foot) and are structurally transformed to form independent functional spaces. According to design differences, they can be divided into four categories:
- Standard Container Type: Directly utilizes the container frame, retaining transportation convenience, suitable for short-term project departments or construction site command centers;
- Folding Type: Adopts a compressible structure, reducing volume during transportation, and can be unfolded within 30 minutes upon arrival, meeting the frequent relocation needs of exploration teams;
- Assembled Type: Modularly assembled on-site with light steel keels and color steel plates, allowing flexible expansion based on the number of people and functions, commonly seen in temporary offices in parks;
- Expandable Type: Adds lateral or end expansion modules to the container, increasing usable area by 30%-50%, suitable for long-term on-site offices.
Performance Advantages
- Structural Safety: The steel structure frame provides excellent seismic performance, capable of withstanding wind speeds of 120km/h and earthquakes of magnitude 8, with a service life of up to 20-70 years;
- Environmental Protection and Economy: Utilizes discarded shipping containers for transformation, reducing costs by 80% compared to traditional construction, shortening the construction cycle to 7 days, and reducing carbon emissions by 65%;
- Rapid Deployment: Modular design supports building-block combination, coupled with a solar power supply system for energy self-sufficiency, reducing operating costs by 70%;
- Flexible Relocation: The entire structure can be relocated as a whole, adapting to multiple scenarios such as scenic spots, transportation hubs, and post-disaster reconstruction.
Application Scenarios
- Temporary Offices: Construction site project departments, exploration team command centers, and other scenarios requiring rapid setup and frequent relocation;
- Living Spaces: Construction site dormitories, scenic campsites, emergency disaster relief housing, and other scenarios with basic requirements for space comfort;
- Commercial Spaces: Shops, convenience stores, event exhibition halls, and other commercial scenarios requiring rapid deployment and potential relocation.
