Cleaning Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Cleaning mobile toilets requires adherence to technical specifications and safety procedures, with the following core steps:

I. Pre-operation Preparation

  1. Protective Gear: Operators must wear waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles to avoid direct contact with contaminants; set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area and prevent unauthorized access.
  2. Tools and Chemicals:
    • Core Tools: High-power vacuum sewage trucks (equipped with corrosion-resistant hoses), high-pressure washers (pressure 120-180 bar), long-handled hard brushes, and sealed waste collection bags.
    • Cleaning and Disinfecting Agents: Non-ionic surfactant cleaners (for dirt removal), chlorine-based or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (effective chlorine 500-1000 mg/L).
  3. Equipment Inspection: Ensure the sewage discharge valve is tightly connected, the liquid level indicator is functioning properly, and check for ground leaks to prevent secondary contamination.

II. Core Cleaning Process

  1. Emptying Waste:
    • Connect the suction hose to the sewage outlet, start the vacuum pump, and slowly extract liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, avoiding excessive suction that could cause blockages or splashing.
    • After suction, inject a small amount of clean water to rinse residual matter from the tank walls.
  2. High-Pressure Washing:
    • Use a high-pressure washer with a fan-shaped water jet to clean the toilet interior walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners, focusing on removing feces, paper towels, and calcified dirt.
    • For stubborn stains, use a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to scrub repeatedly, ensuring no organic matter remains.
  3. Deep Disinfection:
    • Apply disinfectant by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles, flush buttons), maintaining contact for 10-15 minutes to kill pathogens.
    • Rinse surfaces with clean water to avoid skin irritation from chemical residues; disinfect suction hoses and tools simultaneously to prevent cross-contamination.

III. Post-cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Air Treatment: Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize odors like ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, rather than masking them with fragrances.
  2. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:
    • Check components such as toilet seals, exhaust fans, and door lock hinges, recording and reporting any damage promptly.
    • Leave a small amount of clean water in the storage tank and add biodegradable agents to decompose residual organic matter and suppress odors.
  3. Waste Disposal: Transport waste and wastewater to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks;严禁 (strictly prohibit) dumping into storm drains or non-designed sewer networks.
  4. Record Keeping: Fill in records of cleaning time, disinfectant usage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction to establish traceable archives.

IV. Tips for Optimizing Cleaning Efficiency

  1. Pre-treatment Isolation Method: Lay biodegradable decomposition pads or add microbial agents before use to reduce solid residues; install anti-odor check valves to prevent gas backflow.
  2. “Dry-First, Wet-Later” Process: First remove solid waste with a scraper, then rinse with hot water (above 60°C) mixed with neutral cleaner, and finally disinfect with UV light or ozone.
  3. New Technology Applications: Toilets equipped with liquid level sensors and IoT modules can monitor status in real-time and automatically dispatch cleaning tasks; enzyme-based cleaners and nano-silver coatings can reduce cleaning frequency.
