Renovation Needs for Mobile Toilets in Chongqing

Quản trị 09 tháng 10, 2026

The renovation of mobile toilets in Chongqing requires customized design based on factors such as the usage environment, foot traffic, and sewage disposal conditions. The following aspects need to be considered specifically:

1. Selection of Sewage Disposal Methods The sewage disposal method is the core of mobile toilet design and needs to be flexibly selected according to site conditions. For areas such as wild construction sites and temporary event venues lacking sewage pipe networks, the water-free packaging sewage disposal method is more suitable. Its principle is to collect excrement using biodegradable environmental protection bags, which are replaced regularly. This method does not require connection to water, electricity, or sewage pipes, offering the advantages of easy installation and low maintenance costs. For long-term use in scenic spots, parks, or commercial areas, a water-flush design with a septic tank is more appropriate. Such toilets use a water-flush system to flush excrement into a septic tank, which is then regularly cleaned after sedimentation and fermentation. This effectively reduces odors and improves user comfort, but requires space for the septic tank and regular cleaning.

2. Customization of Appearance and Size The appearance of mobile toilets should harmonize with the surrounding environment to avoid being out of place. For example, scenic spots can be designed in an antique or natural style to blend with the landscape, while construction sites should prioritize simplicity and practicality. In terms of size, it should be determined based on the available space and foot traffic. The standard size for a single toilet cubicle is usually 1.1 meters × 1.4 meters. If barrier-free facilities (such as handrails and wheelchair turning space) are required, the size should be expanded to 1.5 meters × 1.8 meters. For multiple users, the number of toilet cubicles can be increased through modular combinations, but space for walkways should be reserved to avoid crowding.

3. Optimization of Internal Configuration Internal configuration directly affects the user experience and should be adjusted according to needs. Basic configurations include lighting, exhaust fans, non-slip floors, and door locks to ensure basic functionality. Special scenario configurations: Scenic spots can add mirrors, hooks, and paper towel holders; construction sites should strengthen non-slip design and be equipped with emergency call devices; barrier-free toilets need to install handrails, low-level handwashing basins, and alarm buttons. Additionally, in cold regions during winter, heating equipment can be installed to improve comfort.

4. Material and Durability The outer shell material should have waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and UV-resistant properties. Commonly used materials include fiberglass, stainless steel, and high-density polyethylene. For internal partitions, it is recommended to use compact laminate, which is wear-resistant and easy to clean. If used in high-foot-traffic areas, structural stability should be enhanced to prevent damage from frequent movement.

5. Convenience of Maintenance and Cleaning Maintenance access should be reserved during design to facilitate regular cleaning of the septic tank or replacement of packaging bags. The internal layout should be simple to reduce sanitary dead zones, such as using wall-mounted water tanks and concealed piping designs. At the same time, the maintenance cycle and responsible party should be clearly defined to ensure long-term normal use.
