Chongqing Mobile Toilet Project
The Chongqing Mobile Toilet Project encompasses multiple initiatives, achieving remarkable results in the construction and renovation of public toilets.

I. 2025 Mobile Toilet Project for Old Residential Communities
This project, numbered YZQ25A00467, adopts an open tendering procurement method. The winning bidder is Chongqing Kelaiya Technology Co., Ltd., with a winning bid amount of RMB 587,000.00. The main bid information involves the removal and replacement of mobile toilets at Zhongshan 2nd Road, the Emergency Center, Eling Bus Station (mobile), Caiyuanba Mobile (I) Toilet, and Caiyuanba Mobile (II) Toilet. This project focuses on old residential communities, aiming to enhance residents' living convenience and environmental hygiene by upgrading mobile toilet facilities.
II. Mobile Toilet Project for the Shared Green Space on Longteng Avenue
The tender for this project opened at 10:00 AM on September 14, 2024, but failed due to insufficient bidders, as stipulated in the inquiry notice. The failure may be influenced by various factors, such as project condition settings and market participation. Subsequent adjustments to the tendering strategy or project planning may be required to re-launch the project.
III. Other Mobile Toilet Construction Efforts
Chongqing has included urban public toilet construction in its key municipal livelihood projects for three consecutive years. Over the past five years, the city has built and renovated a total of 4,900 public toilets and opened 2,780 social toilets. Currently, the total number of public toilets in the city has exceeded 14,000, with 4,644 in the central urban area. New public toilets are prioritized in high-traffic areas such as bus stops, parks, and squares. For example, the modular intelligent mobile toilet at Jiangbeizui Caixin Plaza is produced, debugged, and tested through industrial assembly line processes in the factory, with a production cycle of about 45 days and a site construction cycle of only one day. It can be put into use immediately after being transported to the site, hoisted into place, and connected to water and electricity, significantly improving construction efficiency. Additionally, Chongqing has introduced vehicle-mounted mobile toilets that can enter parks and offer a 'hail-and-ride' service, flexibly meeting citizens' toilet needs and further diversifying the service forms and coverage of mobile toilets.
