China Mobile Toilet Configuration

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets in China is flexible and diverse, covering multiple modules such as core sanitary fixtures, environmental control, water supply and drainage and power, structure and accessories, intelligence, auxiliary functional areas, and extensible configurations, which can be selected and combined according to usage scenarios and budgets.

In terms of core sanitary fixtures, toilets are mainly ceramic squat toilets or sit toilets, with high-end products using stainless steel materials, equipped with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves, and water tank capacities ranging from 5 to 10 liters. The hand-washing system includes ceramic or stainless steel hand-washing basins, push-type or sensor-operated faucets, with dimensions approximately 30 to 40 centimeters wide. Other accessories such as mirrors, coat hooks, and toilet paper holders are standard, with some high-specification toilets adding child safety seats.

The environmental control system includes ventilation, lighting, and temperature control modules. The ventilation system uses 20-50 watt powerful exhaust fans to ensure 10-15 air changes per hour, with some products featuring dual exhaust designs. Lighting is primarily provided by 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lamps, with some equipped with emergency lighting. The temperature control system varies according to climate, with cold regions using insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers, and hot regions adding ventilation skylights or small air conditioners.

The water supply and drainage and power system is divided into three parts: water supply, sewage disposal, and power supply. The water supply system includes 100-300 liter built-in water tanks or external water sources. The sewage disposal system traditionally uses 200-500 liter sewage tanks, while modern environmentally friendly models adopt foam sealing or microbial degradation technology. Power supply is primarily 220V mains electricity, or through 12V/100Ah batteries and solar panels.

The structure and accessories focus on safety and practicality. Door locks are equipped with internal safety locks and external 'occupied/unoccupied' indicators. Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene, fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, with non-slip floors or fiberglass floor grilles. Barrier-free facilities include handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-level hand-washing basins.

Intelligent configurations enhance the user experience. Sensor systems enable infrared flushing, automatic hand-washing, and lighting. Smart management systems display toilet occupancy status in real-time through screens, count usage frequency, and are equipped with emergency call devices. Some independent toilets use solar power to ensure continuous operation for more than 4 hours without an external power source.

Auxiliary functional areas are combined with management needs. The management room has an area of no less than 4 square meters, and the tool room is approximately 1-2 square meters. The third toilet is designed for special populations, featuring wheelchair turning spaces, adult and child toilets, and low-level hand-washing basins.

Extensible configurations meet diverse needs. Water-flushing systems include water-saving forms such as circulating water flushing and high-pressure air-water flushing. Waterless flushing systems adopt water-free packaging or microbial degradation technology. Ancillary equipment such as liquid level monitoring devices, exhaust and deodorization pipes, and fecal extraction ports optimize operational efficiency.
