Chengdu Smart Mobile Toilet
The 'Made in Chengdu' smart mobile toilet is a custom-built public sanitation facility for the Chengdu World Games, featuring a variety of advanced functions and characteristics.
I. Appearance and Functional Zones The smart toilet has a blue main body with white lines, presenting a modern, elegant, and simple overall design. It includes functional zones such as a comprehensive toilet area and a men's urinal area, with promotional content related to the Chengdu World Games displayed on the front.
II. Smart Facility Configuration As you approach the toilet entrance, the sensor door opens automatically, accompanied by voice prompts in both Chinese and English. In addition to conventional items like sinks, paper towels, and power banks, the public area is equipped with an AED and two electronic screens that display real-time information such as time, temperature, humidity, odor levels, and the number of daily users. The smart toilet stall guidance system makes it easy to identify available stalls, allowing users to quickly find an available toilet.
III. Thoughtful Interior Design Inside the stalls, handrails are thoughtfully designed, and a one-touch emergency button is installed to ensure user safety. Both squat toilets and Western-style toilets are provided to cater to different preferences and meet diverse sanitation needs.
IV. Environmentally Friendly Treatment Technology Provided by Zhonghe Qingshan Toilet Technology (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., a company in the Pidu District, the self-developed smart public toilet has successfully broken through the technical bottleneck of operating without sewers or septic tanks, achieving on-site, reduced-volume, and harmless treatment of human waste, along with resource recycling.
V. Flexible Commercial Modules In addition to basic sanitation functions, commercial modules such as supermarkets, vending machines, snack bars, tea bars, and lockers can be added. During the World Games, the functional layout can be adjusted according to needs, such as converting the noodle restaurant area into a volunteer service station for displaying and promoting World Games souvenirs, and transforming the second-floor café into an exhibition space for promoting Chengdu's culture and technology.
VI. Deployment Plan Currently, there are nearly 10 such multifunctional smart toilets integrating commerce and public sanitation in the Pidu District. The company plans to gradually deploy 200 smart toilets across the entire Pidu District and is currently in the process of selecting locations.
