Chassis-Based Container Mobile House
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
A chassis-based container mobile house is a movable housing form that combines a specific chassis with a container structure. The following provides an introduction from aspects such as chassis types, container features, and application scenarios:

Chassis Types
- RV Chassis: Some RV chassis can be used to build mobile houses, such as the customized RV chassis services provided by Foshan Nangong Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. They use national standard steel, and the frames are sturdy and durable, capable of being customized according to different load-bearing and size requirements. For example, there is a chassis with a load capacity of 4 tons, a load-bearing surface size of 5.2 * 2.48 meters, a ground clearance of 0.68 meters, using 10# national standard manganese alloy steel structure, and also equipped with functions such as electronic brakes and buffer-type traction mechanisms.
- Container Skeleton Semi-Trailer Chassis: Such as the Luoxiang 40-foot lightweight container skeleton semi-trailer chassis and 20-foot container trailer skeletons. These chassis are specifically designed for container transportation. The steel skeleton structure can adapt to standard and special container transportation needs. Depending on the loading and unloading methods and functional differences, there are tilting, ordinary, and telescopic types. They undertake short-distance shuttling tasks between ports and railway freight yards, and highway freight hubs in the multimodal transportation system.
Container Features
- Modularity: Most mobile container houses in China are modularly designed, such as prefabricated aluminum and steel containers in different sizes like 20 feet and 40 feet. They can be combined and expanded according to needs, and quickly assembled into houses of different scales and functions.
- Portability and Movability: Container houses are easy to transport and move. They can be transported to different locations by chassis vehicles, making them suitable for scenarios that require frequent changes of use locations.
- Functional Diversity: They can be designed into various types of houses, such as bedroom apartments, offices, villas, and gyms, meeting different living and usage needs.
Application Scenarios
- Construction Sites: As temporary office spaces and worker dormitories, they are convenient for quick setup and dismantling and can be flexibly moved as the project progresses.
- Tourist Resorts: They can serve as holiday villas and bed-and-breakfasts, providing tourists with unique accommodation experiences and can be relocated according to changes in the tourist season and passenger flow.
- Emergency Rescue: In emergency situations such as natural disasters, they can be quickly deployed as temporary shelters to provide basic living and accommodation for affected people.
