Changzhi Villa Container House
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
In Changzhi, customized container or light-steel houses can be used to meet the construction needs of villa container houses. Here are the specific plans and key points:

I. Container House Plan
Design Flexibility
- Containers can be combined by splicing (2-3 containers spliced together) or staggered stacking to expand functional areas, such as creating a flat layout with an integrated living and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub (approximately 100㎡), or creating spatial hierarchy through staggered design and leaving space for a courtyard area.
- The exterior facade can be treated with paint spraying, themed spray painting, hanging panels, or glass curtain walls to break away from the industrial feel and create a villa-like atmosphere.
Construction Process and Compliance
- Approval Requirements: If building on rural homestead land, construction approval must be obtained according to local requirements, and structural drawings stamped by an engineer must be provided. Construction is strictly prohibited on cultivated land and basic farmland, and forestry approval is required for forest land. Leased land is mostly limited to temporary structures, and the contract must specify the nature of use.
- Foundation Construction: Containers need to be elevated on pile foundations to prevent moisture and pests and facilitate site leveling, avoiding direct contact with the ground which can cause the bottom to become damp.
Post-Construction Maintenance
- Rust Prevention and Corrosion Resistance: During the construction phase, cut and welded edges should be polished and coated with epoxy primer + topcoat. Inspect welds, corners, and other areas annually, and immediately treat any rust spots found. The recoating cycle should be adjusted according to environmental humidity (8-12 years in inland dry areas, 7-10 years in southern humid areas, and 3-5 years in coastal areas).
- Waterproof Sealing: The sealant around doors and windows, container body joints, and roof gutters should be replaced every 5-7 years, and the roof should be regularly cleaned of leaves to prevent water accumulation and corrosion of the steel plate.
- Thermal Insulation and Condensation Prevention: The walls and roof should be equipped with qualified thermal insulation layers and vapor barriers, and ventilation should be provided through exhaust fans or high windows to prevent condensation on bare steel plates used as interior walls.
II. Light-Steel House Plan
Materials and Performance
- Environmentally friendly materials such as carved panels, cement fiber boards, and anti-corrosion wood are used, with a seismic resistance rating of 8 and a service life of 70 years.
- Construction is quick and modular, requiring no welding, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, suitable for villas, homestays, and other scenarios.
Local Suppliers
- Henan Kelindi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.: Provides design, manufacturing, and sales services for prefabricated villas and light-steel villas, with products covering the Changzhi area and supporting customized needs.
III. Selection Recommendations
- If pursuing low cost and personalization and can accept a modular appearance, container houses are the preferred option, but attention should be paid to approval procedures and post-construction maintenance.
- If more emphasis is placed on traditional living experience, light-steel houses have advantages in thermal insulation, sound insulation, and approval procedures.
