Changning Mobile Public Toilets
Changning District has mainly adopted two measures for mobile public toilets: rental services and the transformation of existing spaces.

In terms of rental services, Changning District offers a diverse range of mobile toilet rental options. For different large-scale event scenarios, there are specially adapted mobile toilets available for rent. For example, marathon mobile toilets, considering the large number of participants, the long route, and the dispersed need for restrooms along the way, typically feature rapid deployment, large capacity, and easy mobility, enabling them to promptly meet the restroom needs of participants and spectators. The same applies to mobile toilets for concerts and music festivals. These event sites are densely populated, with high demands for the quantity and hygiene of restrooms. The rented mobile toilets can be reasonably configured according to the event scale and venue conditions, ensuring orderly restroom use during the events. This rental service model provides convenience for the organization of various events and effectively addresses the shortage of temporary restroom facilities during events.
Regarding the transformation of existing spaces, Changning District has also taken innovative steps. Taking the popular Xingguo Road area as an example, due to a surge in tourist numbers, the original restroom facilities were unable to meet the demand. Xinhua Road Subdistrict, in collaboration with the district's greening and urban appearance bureau, cleverly transformed a nearby storage room into a public toilet. Although this public toilet is small in scale, with only two restroom stalls, it is uniquely designed. It incorporates artistic elements such as arched doors and windows and enamel glazed tiles, giving the exterior an artistic aesthetic. The youthful style is reflected in the use of Morandi gray-toned wall tiles, creating a fashionable and comfortable atmosphere. In terms of intelligent facilities, it is equipped with automatic flushing toilets and sensor faucets, which not only enhance convenience of use but also improve hygiene. This transformation method makes full use of existing spatial resources, addressing both people's livelihood needs and adding a unique landscape to the street area.
