Cement Prefabricated House Process Diagram
The production process of cement prefabricated houses mainly includes three core steps: integral casting of reinforced concrete, modular prefabrication, and transportation and assembly. The specific process is as follows:

1. Integral Casting of Reinforced Concrete
This step is the foundation of cement prefabricated houses and needs to be completed in a factory. First, a high-strength steel reinforcement framework is fabricated according to the design drawings to ensure structural stability. Subsequently, high-standard concrete is used for integral casting, and equipment such as vibration tables is employed to eliminate air bubbles and ensure concrete density. After casting, steam curing or natural curing is required to enable the concrete to reach the designed strength (usually requiring 28 days of standard curing). The key to this stage is to control the concrete mix ratio, casting process, and curing conditions, which directly affect the seismic resistance and durability of the house. For example, some manufacturers add fiber-reinforced materials to enhance crack resistance.
2. Modular Prefabrication
Once the concrete reaches the required strength, the house is divided into independent modules (such as walls, floors, and roofs) for fine prefabrication in the factory. Each module needs to integrate professional content from architecture, structure, electromechanical, and decoration fields:
- Architecture: Complete the construction of exterior wall insulation layers and interior wall decorative surfaces;
- Structure: Pre-embed door and window openings, connectors, etc.;
- Electromechanical: Pre-embed pipelines, switch sockets, etc.;
- Decoration: Install floors, bathroom fixtures, etc.
After module prefabrication is completed, strict acceptance is required to ensure that dimensional accuracy, connection node strength, etc., meet the standards. Modular prefabrication can significantly shorten the on-site construction period and reduce pollution such as dust and noise.
3. Transportation and Assembly
After the prefabricated modules are transported to the construction site by special transport vehicles, they need to be assembled according to the design drawings. The assembly sequence is usually as follows: foundation construction → hoisting of ground-floor modules → stacking of floor modules → installation of roof modules → treatment of connection nodes (such as welding and bolt fixing). During assembly, equipment such as laser positioning instruments is used to ensure verticality and flatness, and pressure sensors are used to monitor connection strength. After assembly is completed, overall waterproofing, fireproofing treatment, and decorative finishing work are also required. Since most of the processes are completed in the factory, the on-site construction period can be shortened by more than 50%, and it is less affected by weather conditions.
