The following is an introduction to cement-base mobile toilets:

Product Types and Prices

There are various types of cement-base mobile toilet-related products with significant price differences. In Maoming, Guangdong, there is the Hengjian brand's new rural mobile toilet, priced at 10,500 yuan per set. Its material includes steel structures and it belongs to the type of cement mobile houses. In Liaocheng, Shandong, there are products related to cement fiberboard toilet houses, mostly priced at 500 yuan each. They can be customized and processed for use in dry toilet renovations and simple shower rooms, with some using materials such as foam boards and steel structures.

Regarding septic tanks, in Nanping, Fujian, there are large finished cement septic tanks priced at 3,200 yuan per set, suitable for rural toilet renovations, hospitals, and commercial housing. They have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity, low cost, and horizontal installation. In Shenyang, Liaoning, there are cement septic tanks priced at 200 yuan each, also suitable for rural toilet renovations, hospitals, and commercial housing, and are of the integrated type. In Jiujiang, Jiangxi, there are large finished cement septic tanks priced at 28 yuan per cubic meter, suitable for rural toilet renovations, hospitals, and commercial housing. They are of the machine-wound and large type. In Fuzhou, Fujian, there are Min Luoyuan large finished cement septic tanks priced at 1,200 yuan per set, suitable for rural toilet renovations, hospitals, and commercial housing, with the advantages of strong load-bearing capacity and low cost.

Installation Points

When installing a cement-base mobile toilet, taking the installation of the shock-absorbing base for the mobile toilet rental in Xuchang Municipal as an example, check whether the equipment and accessories are intact before installation, level the ground, and confirm its levelness. Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily and fix it with appropriate expansion bolts according to the ground material. Ensure a proper fit when installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers. After installation, recheck the levelness, inspect whether the connections are firm, conduct a shaking test, and if possible, observe the equipment's stability for 24 hours. The flexible position adjustment of mobile toilets relies on modular design, etc. The mobile device and chassis design include wheeled chassis (equipped with heavy-duty universal wheels or directional wheels, some with towing hooks) and lifting and forklift interfaces (reserved forklift slots or lifting rings); there are quick-connection and fixation systems, including quick-connection sewage/water supply systems, ground anchors, and leveling; the operation process should pay attention to site surveys, mobile operations, fixation, and debugging, while avoiding high-risk misoperations, usually referring to the standard Mobile Toilets (CJ/T 381 - 2011).

Removal Points

When removing a cement-base toilet, essential tools include screwdrivers and adjustable wrenches. First, cut off the water supply to the toilet and drain the water in the toilet tank. Locate the inlet valve and close it. Disconnect the hose connection and drain the remaining water, and wipe up the water stains around the base. Use an electric drill to evenly drill holes around the base, and use a chisel to pry open the cement blocks along the drilling trajectory, keeping the angle between the chisel and the ground ≤ 30 degrees. When the cement at the base loosens to the point where the toilet can move 3 cm left and right, two people work together to lift the toilet. Grind the remaining cement blocks flat with a grinding wheel and repair the ground cracks with waterproof paint. If encountering a cement base reinforced with steel bars, first spray an epoxy resin softener and let it sit for 2 hours, then use a hydraulic hammer to break it up by vibration. Wear an N95 mask during operation. If underground pipe damage is found, stop work immediately and contact a professional plumber.
