Cele County Mobile Toilet Renovation

Currently, there is no clear information indicating that Cele County has carried out a comprehensive mobile toilet renovation project, but there are related procurement projects and some rural toilet renovation initiatives. Details are as follows:

Mobile Toilet Procurement Project Situation

The Government Services and Public Resources Trading Center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region once issued a correction notice regarding the mobile toilet procurement project of the Culture and Tourism Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This notice mainly involves adjustments to the technical specifications of the procurement documents, indicating that there are plans and actions for mobile toilet procurement in the Xinjiang region. However, this project is led by the Culture and Tourism Department of the Autonomous Region, not directly targeted at Cele County, and it is not clear whether the procured mobile toilets will be allocated to Cele County for renovation.

Toilet Renovation Initiatives in Some Villages of Cele County

Aktaxi Village in Nuer Township, Cele County, has carried out a "toilet revolution" as part of rural revitalization courtyard renovations. The village has adopted measures such as the first secretary taking charge of planning, the party branch secretary taking charge of organization, and the work team leader taking charge of governance to advance the toilet renovation work. However, this toilet renovation work does not explicitly state that it is a mobile toilet renovation. It may involve upgrading toilets on the basis of existing buildings or constructing new fixed toilets, among other forms, which are not equivalent to the concept of mobile toilet renovation. Mobile toilets are usually movable, facilitating flexible placement and use in different locations, while the toilet renovation work in Aktaxi Village does not exhibit this characteristic.

Overall, although there are relevant developments in mobile toilet procurement in the Xinjiang region where Cele County is located, and some villages in the county have carried out toilet renovation work, these do not directly indicate that Cele County has conducted a comprehensive mobile toilet renovation. If you want to learn more about the detailed situation of mobile toilet renovation in Cele County, you may need to further consult relevant local government departments, such as the housing and urban-rural development department and the culture and tourism department, to obtain more accurate and comprehensive information.
