Carving Board Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 28 tháng 9, 2026

The installation process of a carving board mobile toilet includes key steps such as preliminary planning and site selection, foundation preparation and ground treatment, main body transportation and hoisting into place, on-site assembly (which may be involved in some products), and quality inspection.

Preliminary Planning and Site Selection: First, conduct a demand assessment to clarify the estimated peak number of users, the main user groups, and the expected installation and usage period. Then, carry out site surveys following principles such as being relatively concealed but easy to find, having a flat and slightly elevated terrain, being away from the downwind direction of major living and teaching areas, facilitating the connection of water, electricity, and sewage channels, and having a solid ground. Finally, based on the demand and site selection, determine the number of independent toilet stalls, whether to equip with barrier-free toilets, the material (such as carved boards), and the internal configuration standards (such as squat toilets, washbasins, mirrors, lighting, ventilation fans, etc.).

Foundation Preparation and Ground Treatment: First, level the site by removing weeds, gravel, and other debris from the selected area and compacting the land. This is particularly important if the original ground is soft mud. Then, proceed with foundation construction. You can pour a concrete foundation, constructing a cement platform of the appropriate size according to the toilet dimensions, with a thickness generally over 15 - 20 centimeters and reinforced with steel bars inside. Alternatively, you can lay prefabricated cement slabs or lay a gravel bed and then place sturdy pads. At the same time, ensure proper pipeline pre-embedding/reservation. If connecting to fixed municipal pipelines (such as sewers and tap water), pre-embed the pipelines and leave accurate interface positions. If using eco-friendly mobile toilets (such as those with built-in biochemical treatment equipment or packing types), reserve positions and channels for sewage extraction ports or equipment maintenance ports.

Main Body Transportation and Hoisting into Place: Mobile toilets are usually manufactured as a whole in the factory. When transporting, select an appropriate vehicle, and for long-distance transportation, reinforce and protect parts such as doors and windows. Hoisting is carried out by professional personnel and equipment (such as cranes) using special lifting tools.

On-site Assembly: The installation of some mobile toilets may be similar to assembling building blocks. After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. Install the inner corners one by one, insert the boards into the slots and align them, drill holes with the drill bit, insert rivets, and secure them with the rivet gun. However, since carved board mobile toilets are usually manufactured to a high degree of completion, this step may not be required for all products.

Quality Inspection: After assembly is complete, check whether the toilet's tightness, stability, water and electricity systems, etc., meet the standards, and promptly rectify any issues found.
