Carpentry Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of carpentry mobile toilets should follow the steps and key points below, combining general specifications with on-site guidance:

1. Site Selection and Ground Preparation Choose a flat and solid foundation, avoiding slopes, low-lying areas, or regions with soft soil. The ground should be simply leveled, and if possible, a gravel or concrete base can be laid to enhance load-bearing and drainage capabilities, while reserving enough space for people to enter and exit. On-site installation should be away from main construction roads and pollution sources, at least 1.5 meters from the edge of excavation pits to avoid construction impacts.

2. Main Structure Assembly Mobile toilets are usually transported to the site in prefabricated components and need to be assembled in the order specified in the instructions, including the base plate, wall panels, roof cover, etc. Check that the fasteners or bolts at each connection are secure, and the roof should be well-sealed to prevent rainwater infiltration. When using a forklift or crane for lifting, keep it level, and ensure unified command when multiple people are working together to avoid tilting.

3. Sewage System Connection Flush toilets need to be connected to sewage pipes, maintaining a certain slope for the natural flow of waste. A sealing ring should be installed at the connection between the sewage outlet and the external pipe to prevent leakage. For waterless or biodegradable toilets, a waste storage tank should be placed, ensuring the tank is stable and well-sealed. On-site installation should seal the connection between the sewage pipe and the drainage system or temporary collection pit with sealing tape or cement, and install an anti-backflow valve.

4. Water Supply and Flush Device Installation Connect the water supply hose, tighten the connection, and then open the valve to check for leaks. The flush tank should be fixed in the designed position, and the water output and response speed of the flush valve should be adjusted. In cold regions, insulation measures should be taken to prevent water pipes from freezing and cracking. On-site installation should connect to a water source (tap water or a dedicated water tank), test whether the flush function is normal, and check whether the drainage pipe is unobstructed.

5. Ventilation System Setup Install an exhaust fan or ventilation duct. The ventilation opening is generally located on the roof or the upper part of the side wall and should be equipped with an insect screen and a waterproof cover. The power cord should be properly fixed to avoid exposure or entanglement.

6. Internal Facility Installation Install accessories such as toilet seats, sinks, mirrors, and shelves, paying attention to the sealing between the sanitary ware and the wall to prevent water accumulation in the interlayer. The sink drain pipe should be connected to the designated pipe, and all hardware should be firmly tightened. On-site installation should check whether the internal facilities are secure (such as sinks, hooks, toilet paper holders, etc.) and inspect the external sealing of the tank.

7. Anti-slip and Safety Measures Lay anti-slip mats or choose flooring with a concave-convex pattern inside the toilet, and attach warning strips to steps and thresholds. Choose waterproof lighting fixtures, protect the wiring with sleeves, and install switches in positions that are not easily affected by moisture.

8. Final Inspection and Debugging Test whether the flush device, sewage pipe, door and window opening and closing, and ventilation equipment are functioning properly, clean up installation debris, and thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the toilet. On-site installation should open the door to check the firmness of the internal facilities and inspect the outside of the tank for water leakage and air leakage.

Special Situation Handling: For installation on slopes, a platform can be built for leveling; when combining multiple units, maintain a reasonable spacing; in windy areas, install ground anchors for fixation; in places with low usage frequency in winter, drain the stored water to prevent freezing damage. Before installation, check that all materials are complete, and the installation personnel should explain daily maintenance points to the management.
