Cabinet-type Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

A cabinet-type mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility with specific design features and diverse classifications.

Design Features: The design of a cabinet-type mobile toilet can refer to that of a water-flushing four-unit mobile public toilet. Its exterior dimensions are typically 6.4 meters in length and 1.96 meters in width, with steps at the front for easy access. The color scheme is clean and simple, with an open sink in the central area, equipped with a bathroom cabinet and a cabinet-style makeup mirror installed above, meeting both basic sanitation needs and the grooming requirements of users. Its structural components include a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal device), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device, all working together to ensure functional integrity and ease of use.

Structural Form Classifications: Based on structural differences, cabinet-type mobile toilets can be classified into two types: single-unit and composite structures. Single-unit mobile toilets are typically independent units suitable for limited-space or temporary scenarios. Composite structures are composed of multiple units, which can be expanded into multiple toilet stalls or multifunctional areas to meet high-traffic demands.

Mobility Classifications: According to mobility methods, they can be divided into lifting/handling types and powered/trailer types. Lifting/handling types rely on external equipment (such as cranes or forklifts) for position adjustments and are suitable for short-distance moves between fixed installation points. Powered/trailer types are equipped with a power system or trailer device, enabling long-distance transportation via vehicle towing, offering greater flexibility.

Sewage Treatment Classifications: Sewage treatment methods are the core classification criterion for cabinet-type mobile toilets, including:

  1. Water-flushing and waterless suction types: The former uses a water tank for flushing, with sewage discharged into a storage tank; the latter requires no water source and relies on suction equipment for fecal removal.
  2. Recirculating water-flushing type: This employs a closed water circulation system that filters and disinfects sewage for reuse, conserving water resources.
  3. Dry-packing type: This uses biodegradable packaging bags to collect feces, eliminating the need for water flushing or sewage pipelines, and is suitable for environments without water or electricity.

Through modular design and diverse classifications, cabinet-type mobile toilets can flexibly adapt to different scenarios, offering both environmental friendliness and practicality.
