Structure of Box-Type Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The box-type mobile toilet is designed based on standard container modularization, featuring spatial enclosure and integrating functional modules and equipment inside. Its structure covers the container body, functional zoning, equipment configuration, environmental adaptability design, and high-end configurations.

The container body structure uses corrosion-resistant metal materials, and the external coating can adapt to temperature variations and ultraviolet radiation, ensuring long-term usage stability.

In terms of functional zoning, the interior is divided into an independent toilet area equipped with a water-saving flushing device. Its working principle combines pneumatic assistance and water circulation technology to effectively reduce water consumption.

The equipment configuration includes five core systems:

  1. Cleaning System: It controls the timed spraying of disinfectant through automatic sensing devices, enabling contactless cleaning and reducing manual maintenance costs.
  2. Temperature Regulation Module: An independently operating heat exchanger maintains a stable internal environment, adapting to usage needs under different climatic conditions.
  3. Lighting System: It employs low-energy LED light sources, combined with light sensors to achieve automatic brightness adjustment, balancing energy efficiency and user comfort.
  4. Central Control System: As the core coordination unit, it transmits energy consumption data to the management platform in real-time, supporting remote monitoring and intelligent management.
  5. Waste Disposal Equipment: It offers multiple disposal modes, including microbial degradation devices (using specific bacteria to decompose organic matter into harmless compounds), vacuum collection systems (transporting waste through negative pressure pipelines to reduce water consumption), and physical separation devices (separating liquid and solid waste). The gases generated during the disposal process are purified by activated carbon filtration devices to ensure emissions meet air quality standards. The disposal terminal can be connected to the municipal sewer network or equipped with storage containers according to site conditions.

The environmental adaptability design reflects a combination of humanization and engineering: Adjustable leveling supports are installed at the bottom of the unit to adapt to different ground slopes; the thickness of the insulation layer material is adjusted according to climatic zone differences, with thicker designs used in northern regions to prevent pipeline freezing; the wind-resistant structure determines reinforcement points through mechanical calculations to withstand lateral pressure at specific wind speeds; anti-slip floors and barrier-free access meet the needs of special populations, with emergency call buttons connected to the monitoring center; the external signage system uses reflective materials to ensure nighttime visibility.

Examples of high-end configurations include rock-slab washbasins, smart illuminated mirrors, wall cabinets, squat pans, urinals, mop sinks, and trench-type drainage channels. Steel doors and home-standard interiors enhance durability and aesthetics, while details such as sensor faucets and smart illuminated mirrors optimize the user experience.
