Box-type Mobile Toilet Installation Specification

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

The installation specification for box-type mobile toilets mainly includes five aspects: preparation before installation, on-site installation steps, post-installation inspection and debugging, supplementary specifications for special scenarios, and usage and maintenance.

Preparation before Installation: Conduct site surveys in advance to ensure that the installation location has a flat and solid ground, away from main construction roads and pollution sources. For example, when installing at a construction site in Luohe, it is recommended to be more than 1.5 meters away from the edge of the foundation pit. Carefully check the materials to ensure that the toilet body is intact and all accessories, such as door locks, flush valves, and sewage pipes, are present. If any damage is found, contact the supplier promptly for replacement. Clear ground debris according to the toilet type (single or connected) and lay a gravel or concrete foundation to ensure that the load-bearing capacity meets the requirements, with a general load-bearing capacity of ≥200kg/㎡ for single-person toilets.

On-site Installation Steps: Use a forklift or crane to smoothly hoist the toilet body to the designated location, keeping it level to avoid tilting. When multiple people are working together, unified command is required to ensure safety. Connect the sewage pipe to the construction site drainage system or temporary collection pit, and seal the interface with sealing tape or cement to prevent leakage. If possible, install an anti-backflow valve. Connect the water supply (tap water or a dedicated water tank), test whether the flushing function is normal, and check whether the drainage pipe is unobstructed to avoid water accumulation after flushing. After installation, open the door to check whether the internal facilities, such as the sink, hooks, and toilet paper holder, are secure, and check the external sealing of the toilet body to ensure there are no water leaks or air leaks.

Post-installation Inspection and Debugging: Check whether the appearance of the toilet is intact and whether the door, lock, and flushing system are functioning properly. Conduct a flushing test to ensure smooth drainage. Check whether the signage is clear and the direction indicators are correct.

Supplementary Specifications for Special Scenarios: For concert scenarios, set up one toilet for every 500 people, with a male-to-female toilet ratio of preferably 1:1 or 1:1.5, and avoid key areas such as the stage, entrances/exits, and fire exits. For marathon scenarios, equip one mobile toilet for every 500 runners at the starting/finishing area, and set up one every 2 kilometers along the racecourse, with a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.5. Add barrier-free mobile toilets near medical stations.

Usage and Maintenance: Assign a dedicated person to clean the toilet daily, promptly replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and regularly disinfect the equipment. Inspect the equipment's electrical circuits, valves, and flushing system monthly, and report for repair immediately if any abnormal noises or malfunctions are found. Set up clear signage around the toilet to prevent personnel collisions, keep it away from flammable and explosive materials, and ensure electrical safety.
