Internal Structure of Booth Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The internal structure of a booth mobile toilet mainly consists of the roof structure, canopy, walls, floor, and internal fittings.

For the roof structure, a light steel keel partition wall structure is adopted, which provides good support and stability. The stainless steel sheets are made of national standard stainless steel, and the square steel tubes undergo anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment, making the entire roof structure more robust and durable with a service life of over twenty years, effectively resisting erosion from the external environment.

The canopy part features a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) integrated roof, which offers numerous advantages. It has heat insulation, thermal insulation, and sound insulation designs, providing a relatively comfortable temperature and a quiet space inside the toilet in different seasons and environments. The inner ceiling is a plastic steel decorative suspended ceiling, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances the overall quality inside the toilet.

The walls offer multiple options depending on the model. Common choices include polyurethane sandwich rock wool panels, imported exterior wall decorative panels, and fluorocarbon-painted steel plates. These materials possess sound insulation, heat insulation, flame retardancy, and anti-aging properties, effectively protecting the internal environment of the toilet, reducing the impact of external noise and temperature, and improving safety. The interior walls are made of color-coated steel sheets, which have the advantages of fire resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring the safety and durability of the toilet's interior.

The floor design is very considerate. The floor inside the toilet cubicle is made of FRP material, and the step surface is equipped with anti-slip bumps, increasing safety during use and preventing slip and fall accidents. At the connection between the floor and the walls, special silicone rubber waterproof sealing strips are installed, which have anti-slip, moisture-proof, easy-to-clean, and wear-resistant characteristics, effectively preventing water penetration and keeping the interior of the toilet dry and clean.

In terms of internal fittings, it is equipped with lighting fixtures, power sockets, electrical control boxes, exhaust fans, etc., to meet various functional requirements. The lighting fixtures provide sufficient light for easy use; the power sockets can accommodate the use of some electrical appliances; the electrical control box is used to control the electrical appliances inside the toilet; and the exhaust fan can promptly remove odors from the toilet, keeping the air fresh. Additionally, a toll collection system can be configured as needed for convenient management.
