Beijing Prefabricated House Renderings

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

No direct publicly available information providing renderings of prefabricated houses in Beijing has been found at present. However, the characteristics and forms of prefabricated houses can be understood through some building projects in Beijing that adopt prefabrication technology.

Vanke Changyang Tiandi Project: This project is located in Changyang Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, and is one of the first residential projects in the Beijing area to fully adopt prefabricated buildings. Among them, 12 high-rise residential buildings use prefabricated shear wall structures, and the application range of prefabricated components is wide. For example, the integrated prefabricated exterior wall panels (with tile reverse-printing) that combine structure, insulation, and decoration functions. This type of exterior wall panel integrates structural, insulation, and decorative functions. The tile reverse-printing process ensures the aesthetic appeal and durability of the exterior wall decoration, reducing the complexity and construction period of on-site work. The use of components such as prefabricated concrete interior walls improves construction efficiency and quality stability. Although specific renderings cannot be provided, it can be imagined that this type of prefabricated building may have a simple and neat appearance, with smooth lines and an overall style leaning towards modern simplicity.

Beijing Sub-Center Affordable Housing Project: This project has 12 buildings with 47,000 square meters of imitation brick-patterned wall panels, all using integrated prefabrication technology for structure and decoration, and are cast in one piece. It employs three standard unit types and five basic component modules, reflecting the standardization and modularization characteristics of prefabricated buildings. The imitation brick-patterned wall panels can simulate the texture and feel of traditional brick walls in appearance, enabling the buildings to have both the efficiency and environmental advantages of modern prefabricated buildings while retaining some of the exterior characteristics of traditional buildings. From this design concept, it can be inferred that the overall appearance of the buildings may have a certain traditional charm while not losing a modern touch.

If you want to obtain renderings of prefabricated houses in Beijing, it is recommended to contact relevant architectural design firms, real estate development companies, or professional architectural rendering production companies, as they may have more detailed and accurate project information and rendering resources.
