Beijing Prefabricated House Installation

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Beijing prefabricated house installation encompasses various types and offers significant advantages, as illustrated by the following project cases:

Dilapidated Building Demolition and Reconstruction Project

The project at Building 28, Area 1, Sanlihe, Yuetan Subdistrict, Xicheng District, serves as a typical example of dilapidated building demolition and reconstruction, employing a method of assembling a 'prefabricated' new building on-site. Construction commenced on September 5th last year and concluded with handover on February 4th this year, with residents moving back into their new homes and obtaining new property certificates in less than six months. After the completion of foundation construction on October 24th last year, the project initiated the first module hoisting and completed all module hoistings and the封顶 (topping-out) of the main structure in just 46 days. The reconstructed building features an increased total floor area and a structure capable of withstanding seismic activity up to magnitude 8 on the Beijing seismic scale. The walls are thinner and insulated, the window glass is designed with three layers for warmth retention and noise reduction, and elevators and barrier-free ramps have been installed as age-friendly facilities, significantly enhancing residents' living quality.

Prefabricated Shear Wall System Project

The Zhongheng Building project by the Beijing Prefabricated Construction Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopts a prefabricated shear wall system. Its prefabricated exterior wall panels boast a unique structure, with an outer layer of concrete facing (50mm), a middle insulation layer (50mm), and an inner layer of reinforced concrete structural layer (200mm). The insulation section utilizes the Thermomass insulated sandwich panel insulation system, with non-metallic fiber composite connectors effectively eliminating the thermal bridge effect of the connectors and improving the building's insulation performance.

Prefabricated Component Consultation and Design Project

The Beijing COFCO Vanke Holiday Scenery project, covering an area of 48,396 square meters, has its prefabricated component consultation handled by the Beijing Prefabricated Construction Engineering Research Institute. The detailed design includes prefabricated exterior walls, stairs, composite slabs, and balconies. Similarly, the COFCO Vanke Changyang Peninsula project has its prefabricated component design consultation undertaken by the Beijing Prefabricated Construction Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. The design consultation covers detailed design of prefabricated components, including prefabricated composite floor slabs, stairs, balconies, air conditioning panels, interior and exterior walls, etc., enriching the types and applications of prefabricated components.

Fully Prefabricated Assembly-Type Parking Garage Project

The country's first fully prefabricated assembly-type parking garage, part of the Huixian Housing and Supporting Facilities Project in Yushuzhuang, Huaxiang, Fengtai District, is assembled using prefabricated prestressed double-T slabs, columns, walls, beams, and other components. The connection nodes of the prefabricated components employ new technologies such as dry connections and key connection nodes with steel sleeves, improving construction efficiency and quality.

Assembled Rural Housing Pilot Project

In September 2010, Beijing piloted the use of assembled rural housing for the first time in Changyang Town, Fangshan District. The construction cost per square meter is approximately 1,800 yuan, lower than that of traditional self-built housing. The houses are constructed using eco-friendly building materials processed from waste materials such as waste plastics, wood chips, and straw, featuring zero formaldehyde, moisture-proofing, and heat insulation properties, with a service life superior to that of ordinary color steel plate houses. Beijing provides a financial incentive of 20,000 yuan per household to farmers who adopt such houses and meet seismic and energy-saving standards.
