Beijing Mobile Toilet Technology
The technology of Beijing mobile toilets is mainly reflected in three dimensions: design, materials, and construction, as detailed below:

Design Dimension: Combination of Modularity and Humanization
Beijing mobile toilets adopt a modular design, with the main structure divided into independent units and connecting units. The standard size of an independent unit is 1.2m×1.5m×2.2m, which can be flexibly combined into a connected structure of 2-4 units according to site requirements, adapting to the spatial needs of different scenarios. The internal space layout emphasizes practicality: equipped with squatting positions, handwashing stations, and storage racks, some high-end products also include dedicated compartments for the disabled, reflecting the concept of barrier-free design. Waterproof sealing is achieved by using ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber strips to seal the joints, ensuring an overall waterproof rating of IPX7, capable of withstanding short-term immersion. The ventilation system achieves efficient air exchange through a silent exhaust fan installed at the top, with an air exchange rate of ≥15 times per hour, effectively preventing odor accumulation and enhancing user comfort.
Material Dimension: Emphasis on Environmental Protection and Durability
The main frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, with the surface treated by anodizing, improving corrosion resistance by 30% compared to traditional materials and extending service life. The wall panels and floor panels are made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) molded composite materials, which have fire resistance rating B1, impact resistance, and easy-to-clean properties, meeting the requirements for safety and maintenance convenience in public places. Water-saving fittings are equipped with 6-liter water-saving flush valves, saving 40% more water than traditional toilets and complying with Beijing's water-saving policies. The electrical system uses a 220V/50Hz external power supply, with sockets equipped with leakage protection devices and a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω, ensuring electrical safety.
Construction Dimension: Balancing Standardization and Safety
The foundation treatment uses concrete prefabricated block foundations, with a bearing capacity of ≥500kg/m², providing stable support for the mobile toilet and preventing tilting during transportation or use. For lifting and transportation, a dedicated crane is used, capable of lifting 2 units at a time, with strict control over the tilt angle during transportation to ≤15° to prevent structural deformation. In terms of water and electricity connections, the drainage system uses PE pipes buried underground, with a pipe diameter of ≥110mm, and closed-water tests are conducted at the joints to ensure no leakage; the power supply system is connected to the municipal power grid, with a wire diameter of ≥4mm² to meet equipment operation requirements. After construction is completed, three rounds of cleaning and disinfection treatments are required, complying with the requirements of the 'Regulations on the Hygiene Management of Public Places' to ensure public health safety.
