In terms of excrement collection and storage, the storage-type mobile toilet abandons the traditional water-flushing mode and directly guides excrement into a sealed sewage storage tank below through gravity or vacuum suction. The design of the sewage storage tank emphasizes safety and practicality. Its interior is coated with a double-layer anti-corrosion layer, which can effectively resist the erosion of chemical substances in excrement and extend the service life of the equipment. The equipped anti-leakage valve provides a double-sealing guarantee, ensuring that even if the equipment shakes or tilts during transportation or activities, there will be no odor leakage or liquid seepage. The capacity of the sewage storage tank is flexibly designed according to the scale of the event. Small events can usually accommodate hundreds of people, while large events can meet the demand by increasing the number or volume of sewage storage tanks. The inner wall of the tank is made of hydrophobic material, which can reduce the adhesion of solid excrement, lower the difficulty of subsequent cleaning, and improve cleaning efficiency.
Regarding odor control, a dual mechanism of 'chemical blocking + physical filtration' is adopted. A biological enzyme degradation agent is pre-injected into the sewage storage tank. This degradation agent can specifically decompose urea in urine and proteins in feces, reducing the production of odor gases such as ammonia at the source. An activated carbon filtration device is installed at the top of the toilet. A negative-pressure fan draws the internal air out, making the air flow through the activated carbon layer, where odor molecules are adsorbed in the micropores of the activated carbon, thus achieving the effect of air purification. Some high-end equipment is also equipped with ultraviolet lamps, which can regularly disinfect and kill microorganisms in the tank, preventing excessive bacterial growth and the production of foul odors, further ensuring fresh air inside the toilet.
In terms of waste treatment, after the event, the rental company uses a sewage suction truck to vacuum-extract the sewage from the storage tank and transport the waste to a centralized treatment station. At the treatment station, after solid-liquid separation, the liquid part enters the sewage treatment system and is discharged after going through multiple treatment processes to meet the discharge standards. The solid part is decomposed by microorganisms in an oxygen-free environment through high-temperature anaerobic fermentation technology and is finally converted into organic fertilizer, which can be used for agricultural planting or landscaping, realizing the resource utilization of waste. The entire treatment process does not produce secondary pollution, and the water consumption is less than 1% of that of traditional flushing toilets, having significant environmental advantages.
