Beijing Mobile Smart Toilet Technology

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

Beijing Mobile Smart Toilet Technology is a comprehensive public toilet management system that integrates technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), sensors, and intelligent algorithms. It covers multiple modules including access control monitoring, environmental regulation, consumable management, cleaning optimization, and water and energy conservation, enabling intelligent, efficient, and low-carbon operation of public toilets.

1. Access Control and Status Monitoring
Non-contact sensing devices (such as infrared or microwave sensors) are used to replace traditional physical door locks, automatically triggering door opening and closing commands and uploading door status in real-time to the management terminal. Combined with door magnetic sensors and occupancy timers, the system can accurately track the usage duration of toilet stalls, providing data support for subsequent cleaning scheduling.

2. Internal Environment Regulation
Dynamic environmental management is achieved through multiple types of sensors: air composition analyzers monitor the concentration of harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, automatically activating ventilation equipment when levels exceed standards; particulate matter sensors are linked to air purification systems to maintain the Air Quality Index (AQI) within safe ranges. Lighting and water systems are equipped with presence-sensing modules that automatically switch to low-power mode when unoccupied, with environmental regulation behaviors driven by preset algorithms, such as adjusting ventilation intensity or lighting brightness based on foot traffic.

3. Consumable Replenishment and Maintenance
Devices such as paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are equipped with weight or optical sensors to continuously measure remaining quantities. When stock levels fall below thresholds, the system generates alerts and pushes them to maintenance personnel's mobile terminals, enabling data-driven predictive maintenance to prevent shortages or waste.

4. Cleaning Operation Optimization
Floor moisture sensors and image recognition modules assess cleanliness levels, with the system integrating usage frequency, environmental data (such as temperature, humidity, and gas concentration), and historical cleaning records. Through algorithmic models, it calculates the optimal cleaning time points and generates task orders for distribution to cleaning staff, enhancing operational efficiency and resource utilization.

5. Water-Saving Technology Applications

  • Smart Micro-Water Flushing Technology: Self-developed eco-friendly toilets use different flush volumes for solid and liquid waste (average 0.75L per person per use), utilizing pressurized water to clean the toilet bowl and incorporating a water-sealed flap at the drainage outlet for odor isolation. Pilot public toilets have achieved water-saving rates exceeding 90%, with anti-clogging and anti-freezing features.
  • Foam Sealing Toilet Technology: Foam replaces the water trap for odor sealing, with water consumption per use ≤30ml. A microcomputer-controlled foaming device and infrared detection module maintain foam height, while the toilet fixtures are made of 304 stainless steel for strong corrosion resistance.
  • Vacuum Collection Toilet Technology: Waste is collected using vacuum negative pressure, consuming minimal water and producing no odors. The reduced volume of waste facilitates easy transportation, making it suitable for water-scarce or cold regions.
